Thank you for your review and feedback.

I am so glad that you alerted us to the issue you had with the top rail of the Pull Up Banner. You are correct, when the banner is retracted too quickly back into the base the top rail can become loose. Luckily, this is an easy fix and I am so glad that we were able to rectify this with the video link we sent you with instructions on how to attach the top rail.

I do sincerely apologise for the miscommunication on our end, this is never our intention, causing inconvenience on your end.

As discussed, there was a mix up with receiving the artwork and updating your order. In addition, the third party courier not delivering the order accurately as per the mentioned time on their POD. Rest assured, we do take all feedback seriously and will pass this along to our account manager at Border Express, as well as pass feedback along to our team, for future improvements.

Nevertheless, I am glad that the banners can still be used in the future and I appreciate your time to discuss this further.
