Very good quality, well constructed, lightweight, and very thick durable cloth, clean resolution, well sewn.

Better than I imagine, on time, on budget
Blown away by the quality, vibrancy of the colours and how sturdy it is - and so easy to put together!
Match the numbers on the stand, and it all goes together with no worries at all. It's probably more robust than a lot of pull-up banners, too.

Fantastic product, easy to assemble, took me 10 minutes.
The purchase process was smooth, the staff were accommodating, and the dispatch was prompt, yet the frame received was of the incorrect size and type. The customer service was cooperative and ultimately dispatched the correct frame. However, we were unable to use it for the event in time.

As discussed over the phone and via email, I am sincerely sorry once again that the incorrect frame was sent out to you. It's been logged internally for quality control, however I was happy to organise a replacement frame for you in the correct style, which hopefully can still be of use for future events.
Furthermore, hopefully the existing incorrect frame may still be of use for our alternate media wall type, should you ever wish to purchase a fabric to suit.
