Thank you for taking the time to leave us this product review and for clarifying why the table throw is yet to be used and possibly receive a 5 star.

I have had a look through your order's delivery history and can see that our team was closely tracking your order after we had been contacted about the delivery not being complete. While we were happy to see that your table throws arrived the next day after the enquiry was made, it is very unfortunate that this still did not make your event deadline.

Our delivery partner, Aramex, estimate delivery to occur within 1-3 business days, which is the exact time frame with which your order was delivered to you. However, I understand that a tight deadline was needed to be made. In future, we would strongly urge you to notify us if any deadlines as we will then be able to suggest an alternative delivery option such as our express service for Sydney Metro areas.

Our team is always very open and willing to assist our customers with any enquiry regarding delivery time frames.

I hope that the credit we offered you for the inconvenience of the delay was well received and we hope to hear from you once you have had the chance to use your table throws.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your time over the phone, to discuss your recent experience with us.

I can understand your frustration about the third party courier not delivering your order in a timely manner or within the quoted timeframes. However, you are happy with the full ordering process, quality of the products and the service received from us, Easy Signs.

We do sincerely apologise for this, this is beyond frustrating for us as well, as we work extremely hard on making sure we have our jobs completed on time and to be let down by our courier is the last thing we want.

As discussed, the signs have been delivered and can still be used and we have offered a partial refund back into your account.

In this instance, when such delays occur (as well as conflicting information being provided), it is feedback we take on board very seriously when assessing our continued relations with this courier.

For any future orders that are required urgently, you are welcome to organise a courier to collect the order from us.

I truely hope that this has not affected our relationship and hope that we can work together again.
