The vinyl banners were very heavy duty and well made. I would love to see a "no reinforced seams" option for indoor banners.

I am happy to hear that you found out vinyl banners to be well made and heavy duty. Our Vinyl Banners are made primarily to endure outdoor weather conditions which is why we offer reinforced seams as this ensures no fraying and damage occurs.

Thank you for your time over the phone, to discuss your recent experience with us.
I can understand your frustration about the third party courier not delivering your order in a timely manner or within the quoted timeframes. However, you are happy with the full ordering process, quality of the products and the service received from us, Easy Signs.
We do sincerely apologise for this, this is beyond frustrating for us as well, as we work extremely hard on making sure we have our jobs completed on time and to be let down by our courier is the last thing we want.
As discussed, the signs have been delivered and can still be used and we have offered a partial refund back into your account.
In this instance, when such delays occur (as well as conflicting information being provided), it is feedback we take on board very seriously when assessing our continued relations with this courier.
For any future orders that are required urgently, you are welcome to organise a courier to collect the order from us.
