Their fees don't match the ads on their website; it's not a fixed $45. It's like 7%. Also, cryptocurrency deposits simply don't work. They reject any cryptowallet, claiming to use AMLbot for checks. Reject even when it passes with a green light.
UPD. They were asked and didn't provide an example of a wallet that would actually pass their "check with other tariff". They declined a wallet that is marked as "green", being from a known CEX, so it cannot become not green by adding "extra databases" or "changing tariffs". They suggested using other payment methods with 7% or higher fees instead.
Having said that, it's hard to believe they actually accept any payments in stablecoins.

Hello! We have two pricing plans available: (1) Fixed Rate Plan includes a commission of $42 per freelancer transaction and (2) Percentage Plan with the 7% commission
Our manager will help select the most advantageous plan based on your planned payment amounts, payment methods and company balance top-up methods.
The client has the flexibility to choose between the fixed rate or percentage plan. We recommend revisiting this discussion with your manager to determine the optimal plan for your specific needs.
In regards to wallet verification, our service uses a special tariff that allows checking wallets across multiple databases simultaneously. It appears that your tariff only supports verification through a single database.
We prioritize wallet security and monitor everything carefully. Additionally, we offer alternative balance top-up methods such as bank transfer, bank card and PayPal.
Please contact your manager to discuss the most suitable options for your needs.
UPD: we are looking on the sanction percentage of your wallet, not the color and general risk.

High commission, poor interface
As a freelancer you will pay 8,5% min from the initial check your client will send you, despite that the service is advertised at 6% fee. The app interface is irritating and doesn't meet the modern UX standards. After having some in depth experience with Deel, Xero, and other global payroll apps, EasyStaff looks weak and pointless given the fees. Even locally in Russia, it looks like there are a few better alternatives, which I'm going to explore.

Hi! The commission is 6%, which is the basic rate. It is applicable if the client makes the payment via bank transfer, and the freelancer withdraws funds, for example, to an EU account (SEPA transfer). However, the commission actually depends on both the freelancer's withdrawal method and the client's payment method. As for your comment on the interface, we've just rebranded! We hope you like our new interface better.

High variable fee (3%). It would be better to lower the fixed fee for the second and further transactions in a month. Long manual processing. The platform LetDeel takes 5 minutes to top up the balance from our US account through AHC. It took 4-5 days here.

In your specific case, the payment was sent on February 19 (Wednesday) and was credited on February 21 (Friday), which is within the 3 business days mentioned. While ACH transfers often arrive faster, we still advise our clients to expect a processing time of up to 3 business days. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!

Freelancer Payments, Problem Solved – Thanks to EasyStaff
When we started working with freelancers, we underestimated how complicated payments would be. Every country seemed to have its own rules, and we spent way too much time trying to figure it all out. EasyStaff took that burden off our plate. The setup was quick, and now payments are no longer something we have to stress about. Makes working with freelancers so much easier.

When exchanging currency, the screen shows yesterday's rate, which is not relevant at the moment. As a result, a negative result was obtained. Contacting support did not give any results, only apologies.

EasyStaff has been great to work with
We've been using EasyStaff to pay our contract workers since November 2022, and it's worked very well for us. We wire our funds to EasyStaff, and they credit our account within about 24 hours. From there, we send Tasks to our contract workers, and when the tasks are complete they are paid quickly and without any issues. We had some trouble with our wired funds being returned/rejected at some point in the past, but Marina (at EasyStaff) has always been quick to respond, and is always quick to answer any questions that we've had.
