The calendar makes it incredibly easy to organise rows. The procedure for adding or changing names is simple and quick, and if you need to organise a series of events this could nit be easier.
The ability to send email or text messages to the participants also takes a lot of the difficulty out of coordinating and means that you can quickly send updates or reminders to the whole crew.

Super easy to use sporting calendar (but guess it could be used for anything where people need to sign up for eg meetings, clubs etc) that enables teams or groups to sign up for specific slots. Lots of really useful features; space for subs, info about the nature of the training slot, can send email reminder about the slot/event, can search for specific members by role eg club officers, people who can cox (we use it for rowing ). 100% reliable in my experience. No glitches!
