They took my money and cancelled the booking.

As much as I was looking forward to this trip, I have issues with our tour. The biggest was the tour vans we spent a lot of our time in. We had trouble being able to see out of the windows as the vans seat sat so low one could not see well over seats in front of us. My friend is quite tall and had to recline just to be able to see out of the windows. There were very nice vans in all three countries that we saw, so it’s time for an upgrade. They were uncomfortable as well. Sadly, this was the case in all three countries we visited. The second was that our itinerary was changed and deleted some of the very tours we were excited to see. Out tour guide told us not to be mad at him, he was just following the guide he was given. I would say that accommodations were great, the guides were lovely people. I doubt we will use your company again as we did pay a lot of money and did not get what we paid for. :(

Absolutely worse experience I’ve had with a tour company. The driver ONÉSIMO was extremely rude. I couldn’t ask any questions without him treating me terrible. The instructions where not clear either and the plan changed multiple times. 0/5 stars. Please waste or energy by booking with them. Specially with the guy that I mentioned below. Please keep in might that I am fluent in Spanish as well. This was not miscommunication

Easy Tours exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for our travel group. I would and have recommended this company to everyone. Nat and his team were amazing!

I had the opportunity to travel to Thailand November 2018 with a group of 20ppl. Everyone shared with me, the coordinator of the trip, that by far this was one of the best trips they have traveled. From the beginning to the end Easy Tour staff and tour guides were extremely accommodating. We initially missed our arrival flights and without an ask, Nat, our primary contact while in Thailand, worked to make arrangements for pick up and adjustments to our schedule that would cause minimal costs.
While in Thailand we visited 3 different cities and each tour guide was very knowledgeable about their city and too was able to recommend additional activities for us to do on our free time.
I would definitely recommend Easy Tours for all your Asian Tour visits. This team of professionals are extremely talented and amazing at what they do!!! Plus Thailand is an amazing place.

We just returned from a trip to Thailand. We set up a tour for 4 in our party. What a great job Easy Tours did. They were great at taking care of everything!! We cannot say enough good about this company. Our accommodations were superb. Each hotel was clean, spacious and extra comfortable. Wow does not describe the elegance and comfort of the hotel accommodations. Our initial guide in central Thailand was superb. Pat was so attentive to our every need and questions. He gave us great insight into the way of the Thai people and explained and showed us around small villages, large cities and everything in between. Pat brought us to out of the way areas and explained and showed us the way of the people. He offered to order us lunch daily. Our lunches had such great variety and we experienced true Thai food thanks to him. He explained each dish and blended dishes so that the tastes all complimented each other. We experience markets in Bangkok, that were like nothing we have ever seen. Pat treated us to Thai snacks/treats as well. Our transportation was perfect and comfortable in private air conditioned vans. Our drivers were very professional and excellent drivers. Our trip continued up into northern Thailand. Again, we received great care, great accommodations and a knowledgeable guide and excellent driver. We saw many facets of Thai life. What a great experience. Easy Tours gets a 10 out of 10 rating from us.

We felt totally pampered during our tour with Easy Tours. The hotels were gorgeous - the best of the best. In fact, we requested that we finish our tours by 4:00 every afternoon so we'd have time to enjoy them. Our breakfasts and lunches were so sumptuous and delicious that we never ate dinner. Our guides were personable and knowledgeable and couldn't have been better. We appreciated how they catered to our every request and how flexible they were. We felt cared for as they met us off the plane and we're there for us until we walked through security 10 days later for our trip home. Our drivers offered us smiles and cold, wet towels when we returned after seeing a site, and they negotiated the crazy traffic with obvious skill. We felt safe. I honestly cannot think of anything that would have made our trip nicer. Everyone should enjoy a tour like this at least once in a lifetime!

Nat, Elmo and Pierce went over and beyond for our group. They were informative, professional and courteous at all times. When I made special requests, Nat was happy to accommodate me without any hesitation. I would definitely travel with Easy Tours again!!!

I have travelled many places over the years, but this Thailand trip was the longest and farthest trip for me thus far. Enter Easy Tours....all I can say is they were nothing short of amazing. Every detail of my trip was well thought out, planned, and executed. Any little issue was quickly handled, and with a smile. Natt was on a mission to make everyone happy, and he did just that! I wish wish I could have him on every trip I take from now on. I couldn't imaging having turned 40 in any other place with any other group. Thanks for making this the best birthday trip ever!

Everyone we worked with at Easy Tours was exceptional in their knowledge and it made all the difference in the world on our trip.
It is a very customer service focused company and they took care of everything for us.
Having our own personal guide who was local to the area meant we didn't worry about where we were goi g or how to get there. There was no language barrier issue which was huge.
We did, saw and learned things we would NEVER have been able to do if we were on our own.
I highly recommend their services and will always use them when possible.

Just like everyone else at first I was very skeptical about easy tour. After looking into many other tours companies we decided to go with a Easy Tours because they have the best price and we can hand pick what we want and don't want to do. There was the 6 of us going on this trip. Our tour guide is guys is Nat, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of Nat this trip to Thailand was fun and memorable, he took us to eat the best pad thai and to one of the best restaurants. We are planning to go back and this time we won't hesitate to use easy tour.

Nat and Nemo made this one amazing trip that I'll never forget. Nat waz so accommodating, he handle 42 people like a champ. Will I visit Thailand without Easytours absolutely NOT.
Down in my book as the BEST TRIP EVER!!!!

Well done Nat and Nemo, you both went over and beyond for my family time after time during our Bangkok and Phuket vacation. The service you provided was stellar and very much appreciated.

From the time we booked and it was 42 of us until the time we left Easy Tours took care of everything. I am over the moon excited by our vacation, only issue I have now is finding another tour company that can match their excellence in service which is really really hard. I am hoping they will expand Worldwide which will make my job a lot easier.

Extremely pleased with my first experience with Easy Tours and will not hesitate to use them again. I have already recommended them to 3 other people I know who are interested in taking the same trip I took to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.

This company was lower in cost than other custom tour companies and there was never any feeling that they were trying to nickel and dime you with unfair costs for minor things A last minute change to the itinerary/schedule I wanted to make was very easy and seamless and they even gave me a very fair refund for the change that was waiting for me on my return home.

I did a lot of research beforehand and during the planning stages after I decided to go with Easy Tours and was able to work with them to design the itinerary. Communication was always very prompt and you were always made to feel that they very much appreciated your business. The hotels that they chose were all in a great central locations which made it very easy to get around on our own in the evenings. The tour guides, and we had 7 different guides for the different places we went, were all excellent. All were very knowledgeable and professional yet very friendly with great personalities.

My only disappointment was that there were a few days were the daily itinerary turned out to be not exactly as described and my suggestion to Easy Tours would be to be more careful in describing the day's itinerary and making sure it is followed by the guide. This is certainly not a major complaint as it was only on 2 or 3 days out of about 20 and next time I'm planning a trip similar to this I will not need to research any other tour companies. Easy Tours is easy to work with, very fair and honest and there were no unpleasant surprises

From the very beginning working with Pierce was delightful and professional. Our 3 week trip to India was perfectly coordinated. Our driver Sing was so terrific and the local guides in each city that we visited became friends as well. Their knowledge provided us with our trip of a lifetime. Anyone who wants to tailor a trip to their interests should contact Easy Tours... We are about to have them help us on our next trip to the Far East.

Am back in Hawaii and wanted to let you know that the trip went very well. The guide was superb, the sites spectacular, and the accommodations posh and excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend your tour to anyone who asks about going to Myanmar. It certainly is the best way to travel with a guide especially one that accompanies you throughout the entire tour makes navigating the airports, baggage handling extremely hassle free. We were apprehensive initially not knowing Easy Tours, but our entire group enjoyed the tour immensely and were very satisfied.

I have nothing but wonderful feedback on our experience with Easy Tours. I traveled with three other girls to Thailand recently. None of us had ever been to Southeast Asia before - and all four of us fell absolutely in love with the country! The recommendations that Easy Tours made (resorts, landmarks, tours) were all amazing. Our main contact talked us through several options prior to our trip and helped cater to our every want/need. We ended up booking the last part of our trip without Easy Tours (staying at a couple Air BnB spots in the beach areas). Although we found a couple great locations, we definitely all admitted that booking the entire trip through Easy Tours was probably the smarter way to go. I was very impressed with our guide as well. In addition to being super friendly and informative, he did a wonderful job looking after us four girls (while we stopped at ATMs and touring around Bangkok, etc.). We were sad to leave him in the end. The entire experience was enjoyable and efficient. We received timely communication leading up to the trip and also real-time assistance shuffling the schedule around when our connecting flight was delayed. I highly recommend Easy Tours and look forward to an opportunity to travel with them again!
