The price IS too good to be true!

I received a counterfeit product from this company.

When the money left my account it was taken by a stake holder company called, Vario Marti Limited, from Hong Kong which rang alarm bells. After a bit more research into Easy-watches, I found the recent history of their companies house details; it’s worth a look before spending hundreds of pounds. This also lead to a few other interesting routes of investigation regarding the company’s previous trading. I discovered a previous trust pilot account (minus the hyphen) with mostly bad reviews. The new account had only been made in 2025 and all positive reviews are questionable. Most of the trust pilot accounts of anyone posting a good experience, only appears to have reviewed Easy-Watches and a ‘scam’ company.

This lead me to send the product to Tissot who were excellent and confirmed the product is counterfeit in writing. ‘Linda’ from Easy-Watches apologised unreservedly and said she was going to investigate the matter fully. I would hope after reading this you have as much belief in this as myself and Tissot, who are carrying out their own investigations.

Nonetheless I was sent a prepaid label to print and was able to return the product for a full refund.

Appalling company

Appalling company, selling fake goods from China.
Returned the watch back only to be told that I needed to remove a negative review on trust pilot (which I hadn't yet left) before they would issue me with a refund! Scandalous behaviour! Luckily I paid with a credit card so they refunded me once I raised a dispute.

Fraudsters. Stay away.

Fraudsters. Item was despatched over a month late, and turned out to be a cheap imitation. UK website and details are all a complete front for underlying Chinese operations. Stay away.

Ordered a watch 17 March chased…

Ordered a watch 17 March chased delivery 21st March, order was refunded excuse was out of Stock but payment taken when ordered, then received an email saying that due to Heathrow Airport closing due to the electrical fire stock had been lost / misplaced and that this incident had impacted the business and multiple customer deliveries.watch would be refunded. Fast forward to today countless emails not answered regarding refund and the telephone is never answered. Lesson learned. Stay away from this company total scam you will never receive your goods, keep your money and go to a high street store instead.

Orderd watch 13th march

Orderd watch 13th march, payment accepted 2 weeks later no watch, chased order said it’s was out for delivery, no options to track order, emailed company which is dodge by the way, after days of waiting for reply they said it was out of stock, why accept order say it was out for delivery but then out of stock? Had a reply from email querying the tracking to be told they will now be refunding me because the item was lost due to the Heathrow airport fire, doesn’t make sense, one minute there saying it’s in stock on way, then sold out and doing refund, but it was lost due to Heathrow, joke, been over 7 days they said a refund would be issued 5/7 days still nothing and no email reply’s, fraud! Do not order from this company, rang shop just rings out scammmmmmmm

Ordered but 2 weeks on out of stock

Ordered on 12th March. No sign of watch after a week or so, but was told expected delivery date was confirmed at purchase. Fair enough, probably me not noticing.
However, on 24th March receive an email to say payment refunded as oit of stock.
Why accept an order when not in stock?!?
I’m half expecting to have to chase the refund now!

watch received is replica

watch received is replica, i had my doubts when i saw the website selling much less than others. Upon receipt i contacted hugo boss they explained theyre not official store or buy from their resellers. I sent the item to be verified they confirmed they use cheap Chinese movement and the serial numbers on the caseback is not valid. I explained this to easy watch they accepted my returns with no hassle as if they were already aware
