The first two felt very fake and were only one week notice for the event with no talk like “their stylist has cancelled last minute, im desperate, do you have any availability” like a real bride would say one week out from their wedding day.
I call to cancel then have to sit on the phone for half an hour and refuse any of their “help” to make my listing more atttactivw.
I then receive another enquiry yesterday for a job in Broome (I am in Geraldton WA) which is a 20 hours away from me , and again it is a fake enquiry. There is no one by that name on Facebook and they person is not responding like the last two inquiries.
WHY THE HELL WOULD PEOPLE STRAIGHT OUT LIE AND TAKE OUR MONEY AND WASTE OUR TIME BY SENDING FAKE ENQUIRIES ??.
ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUS.

1 month in, I questioned the traction and asked for a refund. I felt the sales team had done a number on me, and I was sucked in. I'm based in Geelong and did ask a venue that used Easy Wedding before signing on. The numbers the sales team gave me were great, and I decided if I could get 3-5 weddings, it would pay for the outlay
The refund wasn't going to happen. They told me I need at least 3 months to see how it is going. Nothing. They gave me a priority position... nothing.
I have spoken to this company on several occasions, with no success in helping me get out of the contract and get a refund.
The correspondence is slow at best, and there is no support whatsoever
Please DO NOT be sucked in like I was, if this helps one person, I'm please:-)

I was naive to believe that Easy Wedding was genuinely here to support and help small businesses like mine. If you’re a photographer or a small vendor in the wedding industry, please read this and don’t waste your time or money with them! When I first signed up, they promised plenty of bookings and gave me all the usual “blah blah blah.” After nearly a year and absolutely no return on investment, I decided it was a complete waste of money. I contacted them two months before the final payment to let them know I wouldn’t be renewing. That’s when they called me offering the “first page” and more empty promises — even after I clearly said that I was unhappy witht he experience and not continuing to pay after the end of the 12 months contract . They just wouldn’t listen and kept emailing me. The most laughable part? They told me I’d won a "Best Vendor" badge... with ZERO bookings! Honestly, I thought it was a joke. And let’s talk about those “enquiries” they all seemed fake. Non-working numbers, bounce-back emails... It felt like they thought I was stupid. On May 15th (two months ago), I emailed to request the cancellation of my subscription and any subsequent payments after my contract ends in July 2025. Their reply stated that “Your request has been logged into our system.” I thought this would be enough, but I later realised they should have sent a formal cancellation form, as per their policy. The form has never been shared or even mentioned in the emails exchanged with Cindy, followed by a phone call with Reuben. I am leaving this review to inform others about the poor quality and persuasive sales tactics of this company, and I hope that no one else has to go through this process again, as there appear to be many of us in a similar situation. I wish I had read the reviews before joining; it would have saved me time, money.

I have recently cancelled with these guys. Received 50 leads and 1 booking. Lots of fake leads so do not recommend at all.
You had a number of years to work it out with me and only now your saying this. So answer me this how can you get 50 inquiries through your platform but only secure 1 booking? Bit weird don't you think

Many colleagues agree that the positive reviews they have are fake, and I started believing that after this terrible experience. They are never accountable and try to put responsibility on something/someone else. I strongly recommend to avoid this website.

I've been a vendor the past year and unfortunately wasted $1600 on them!
There are a lot of things, I strongly felt that should have been mentioned, before signing up.
Reviews are an important part of Easy Weddings selling point, they highly recommend having lots of reviews to help promote your business more. But the process for getting reviews, didn't feel straight forward and once you're no longer a vendor. They're removed. (I know this because my storefront is down now and my reviews are gone) So a Google review seemed more wise.
If you received an enquiry (which I only got 4 in the whole year) If you don't hear back from them, they encouraged me to push for a response. Suggesting emailing them up to 5-10x for a reply. Which I felt was quite an aggressive approach and made me uncomfortable.
They also suggested offering special deals and discounts to make your business more desirable on their directory. I was already offering complimentary engagement sessions in my packages, adding more discount would make it less profitable for me.
Your website can't be linked to your storefront, everything is done through enquiries.
You may never get a social media mention on their platforms. I felt disappointed during that year being on their service, seeing how many celebrity international and trending weddings were being covered, but very little of the vendors that pay for their service. Wish they did more of that.
Purchasing the lowest package on Easy Weddings didn't benefit me at all. $1600 is what I could afford at the time.
I was approached by Easy Weddings, when I received an email with a "Review" from a groom on their website, but the review had no mention of me. So it felt strange to have a review but not a review on my storefront, that doesn't mention my service for the couple. But that's how they approached me and when I signed up, I thought maybe there be more written, but there wasn't.
The person who was looking after me, was nice and seemed sympathetic to my concerns. At one point, I was almost at tears with the frustration. Whilst he was trying his best to be helpful, unfortunately I was still very unsatisfied with the responses and suggestions that were given. I understand he was simply following the sales tactic required by the company and following protocols placed.
Despite mentioning the same thing over and over about my disappointment, I was continuously mentioned that I needed to chase reviews to make my profile more desirable or offer more discounts or special deals.
There was also talks of special events in Perth and a special "Invite", instead I saw a lot of Melbourne/Sydney events that were held.
It's been a financial regret to my business and I do not recommend them at all.
They placed a fake review under my name. Know your customers and attempt honesty. It's not all about money. Integrity not to be underestimated. Best wishes.

We were unable to cancel our "Contract" before a full year - we wanted to cancel after several months as even at the top listing we barely got less than a handful of enquiries. 10x less than we then would get organically from our own website.
Speaking to other vendors in the industry, nothing positive is ever spoken about Easy Weddings, their poor practices. When complaining you're given generic responses about how the content on your page needs improving rather than actually considering anything beyond this.
To cancel you will be required to call and book in a meeting to "resell" the product, emails stating you wish to cancel will go with return phone calls only and refusals to cancel. These usage of Dark Patterns are intended to keep you in Contract for longer than is reasonable.
Do not recommend. This couple are also running a Photo Booth business called full moon photo booths in Fairfield.
Do not recommend. After co-ordinating a sale of a photo booth for my kids party I asked whether he wanted payid or cash which he said payid was fine. I transferred $450 to his Full Moon Payid in front of him and texted the receipt to him. He then asked for my drivers licence which I gave a copy to him of and then refused to hand the purchased booth over saying he didn’t have the money in his account. As payid can take up to three days to process which he thought was instant he wanted another $450 cash for me to take it and he’d return money once the payid arrived in his account. I said I wouldn’t be handing over more cash as he had my drivers licence and the agreed payid transfer of $450. He then had his wife rip into me about haggling when all I’d done was point out the Photo Booth he had and got from China through the Alibaba website new was listed as either $59.90 or $298 to which he’d advertised 2nd hand $500 and had agreed $450. I drove over an hour to collect and an hour home. So all up I drove two hours, no Photo Booth for daughter’s party. I texted my frustration and said maybe next time be clear about payid clearing in your bank account or demanding cash instead to avoid such a frustrating experience for all concerned. In any case he has indicated he is returning the payid $450 and now blocked me. Refused to apologise which would have ended my frustration. Do not recommend this business.
