Never received my BOGO50 discount

Never received my BOGO50 discount so had to email them to add to my Order. I’ll send another review if they process it.
Update…I received a e-mail from Easywhim you & they informed me that my discount wad applied successfully to my Order so Congrads on replying to me in a timely matter. I loved the changes that were made to my order that I requested. Thank You:) I will definitely place another order!!!

This company is great

This company is great. I love their only diamond art boxes. The subscription is very easy to use. Plus if you need more diamonds they have all colors and they are very reasonable priced.

Good but needs checkout experience improved

Overall good shopping experience. Encountered error with PayPal button in first check out screen. Had to manually complete all fields in two check out screens before being able to pay with PayPal

I'm part of the Diamond Painting Club…

I'm part of the Diamond Painting Club from EasyWhim. There was a small issue on my last box. EasyWhim replied quickly and fixed the issue. They were nice and pleasant to work with, as they have been every time I had a question.

I love what I get every month

I love what I get every month, but they need to improve how they send out the boxes and the tracking number. The tracking numbers they send out to use doesn't work. When they send out email that box was sent out it takes over a month to get them. It would be nice to have a theme boxes for the monthes that have a holiday season in them. Some of the items need to have directions for them in English too. Some of them do have directions for them in YouTube, but they are hard to find at times. Other then these I love everything I receive.

I love the boxes

I love the boxes so far. Only had 1 item I can not do because it's sewing and my hands can't handle that. It is so relaxing doing the diamond painting and I can't wait for my next surprise box to come in. I also love the idea of being able to change your choices on what kind of designs you get and that you can cancel anytime. Wish it was a bit more affordable but I am enjoying the paintings. Thank you EasyWhim!
