Food is great - delivery is slow and expensive

Fiid is a staple food in our household. Nutricious, healthy and amazingly tasty. Who said healthy food can’t taste great? The new curry and the black bean chilli are our favourites. We highly recommend fiid. *****

Reasonably quick delivery and good tracking

I work shifts in a hospital so good healthy food - that’s quick - is great for me!! The fact that it’s absolutely delicious is a bonus!!!!! 😂

We are used to buy Fiid pouches from ocado and Holland and Barrett. We loved all the flavour. These new pouches are too small (with obvious price increase) but we wouldn't even mind spending more if it wasn't for the fact that they have now become very liquid and flavourless! The ingredients seem to be the same, but instead of being thick and tasty like they used to, it seem they have been diluted so much I can barely taste anything. For now we only tasted 2 of the new pouches, the chickpea tagine and lentil ragu (that used to be my favourite). We bought all the others as well and still have to taste them. But if they all have been changed in this way, we not gonna buy them anymore. Such a shame when things that were fine are changed for profit!

I've ordered from Fiid a number of times. Good selection of tasty meals always speedily delivered. Perfect.

It's very easy to open a packet and heat it up. And it's good to know that the food is healthy. I'm on a low-carb diet and I find the sundried tomato and lentil ragu is just right. The portions are a bit small, though, for a whole meal. Eating two packets at once makes it a more expensive meal. I often add some cheese or have salad with it.

Great food that is super quick to prepare and a great time-saver for parents like us. Delivery charge is high which was only negative for me.

I think Fiid is the definition of delicious and healthy convenience food. I can't get enough of it.

I bought the product from Holland and Barratts and it was bland no taste exept alittle spice. I won't be buying it again. Sorry not to my taste and expensive!

I love this company. The food is healthy and very tasty and convenient. I eat them as part of my low calorie days on 5:2 fasting, it makes it a lot easier to stick to and I know exactly how many calories I'm eating. I also add to them for bigger meals on normal days. Yum!

Saw fi1d on recent visit to Ireland but didn’t get to try so ended up getting sample box delivered to Uk. Love this kind of food so amazing to have it available quickly at home. Love the recipe ideas in particular. They enable mixing up the offering a bit. Need to detail spices due to allergies.

Impossibly delicious food, excellent customer service & environmentally-conscious packaging.
I have been enjoying Fiid food for the last few months, having discovered their products - by accident - on Amazon. This is the first order I placed with the online Fiid shop.

“Impossibly delicious” because the contents are neither ultra-processed, nor do they require refrigeration: two huge thumbs up from me.
Plant based: another huge plus for animal-welfare, the wider environment & my gut health (I am a devotee of the Zoe project and Professor Tim Spector’s work on the gut microbiome).

This order, placed direct with Fiid arrived rapidly (via the ever-reliable DPD), was carefully & thoughtfully packaged (including a free bag for life & recipe suggestions - thank you Fiid!) and the eat-by dates on the products are all over 6 months away.

I should add that whilst I aim to cook from scratch as much as possible, I am medically retired from work thanks to an unrelenting, chronic, immune-mediated illness. Because of this, I am frequently house-bound. It is so very helpful to be able to buy nutritious & delicious food, which doesn’t take up fridge space and with such lengthy “eat-by” dates.

It’s delicious, nutritious and the delivery was really quick. Fast to cook, nothing to clean up. Plus all the carbon neutral side of this amazing business. Thank you !!
