I can't praise this company enough
I can't praise this company enough. The food tastes great and easy to make, delivery was quick, customer service has always been so helpful and it's low cal and vegan so it fits into my lifestyle perfectly. What more could you want! Great to support an Irish business as well. Keep doing what you're doing :)

Yum!!! I ordered the mix of 6, it arrived quickly in the post. They are so handy for lunch for work and also delicious! I can add roast veg and spinach to half a pouch for a filling, healthy and great lunch!

Dire customer service
The customer service is incredibly slow if something goes wrong. My parcel arrived in the most beaten up box and the pouches all looked like they’d been kicked around (although they were still sealed!). The chickpea pouches all taste pretty similar. Fairly unexciting but good to have in the cupboard. I have given 2 stars based on the very disappointing customer service - the pouches would have got a 3 star from me!
EDIT - Shane, I have sent emails after the delivery and received no reply. The meals arrived in the most chaotic packaging. I have been emailing Agnes. Perhaps she no longer works for the company? Also, my neighbour didn’t sign for a parcel for me. Thanks.

Hey Anne! Disappointing to see this as we really did try our very best to help you out. We replaced your order of 18 full meals (for free) after your neighbour accepted the delivery (and signed for it) - not sure there's many brands that would do the same but we genuinely do aim to make our customers happy and it's not our place to comment on your relationship with your neighbour.
Sorry the meals weren't to your personal liking - hopefully the other meal company you mentioned in your emails is a better match for you.

Everything with Fiid is amazing! Coming from a student, hearing of Fiid was possibly one of the best things to happen. From the affordable pricing to the speed of the delivery to my doorstep!
