I am based in NYC and the team at Feedr helped place my catering order for a meeting in London. Excellent 5 star customer service.

My team love Feedr. Feedr has really helped our team come together over food. We love the variety and get great portions for our subsidy. Also love that their deliveries are carbon neutral. All very impressive. Thank you!

There are many problems I have with the service provided by feedr but here are the main ones:
1) Price - they appear to charge around £2-£4 on the top of the cost of the meal from the vendor directly. We could call it delivery charges, but if you order 2 meals or 100 meals it doesn't get any cheaper. The approximately £3 markup on every item is still present.
2) Delivery service. Awful. Food arrives cold almost every day (I've been using for 2 years and if anything it's getting worse) and very often incorrect.
3) Refund policy. They refund your employer if your meal is sponsored. Which means that employees have no incentive to report missing items. The reporting is lengthy with back and forth messages, emails and photographs required and you get nothing in return. Consequence? Feedr doesn't have to deal with complaints and refunds.
4) Shameless data collecting - they ask for people to provide feedback on the menu but show no results. There is no way to see if the meal or vendor are popular

Like the charitable element that a meal is given to a child in need. Deliveries are frequently late. Food options are high quality and healthy, but there are too many poke options.

We use Feeder for our office lunches every Wednesday. I find the food to be too expensive. Adding an add-on to our meal for some basic toppings makes the dish over 16-17 Euros, which would not be the case if I had ordered from the same restaurant with some other app.
They have very limited options for Vegan/Vegetarian-friendly restaurants. Also, the allergins information on the website is not completely reliable. I once found a dish that was marked vegetarian but had prawns in it.
Although the food packaging is good, they always deliver the food to our office on time.

There's no such thing as a free lunch, even when your employer is trying to give you money towards it.
Our whole office uses the Feedr app to order food. Our employer gives us 10 pounds credit towards our food every single day, which you would think would buy you a pretty nice lunch on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, Feedr seem to be running their own tinpot economy in a parallel universe, which they've chosen to model in the shape of Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe. Hyperinflation has gripped the nation and a slither of meat and some rice will set you back a grand total of £15.
It's the same disappointing vendors every single week who are in cahoots, rubbing their hands with glee as they gladly charge you £14.95 for a poke bowl, extra if you were hoping for a topping of crispy onions.
Couple that with an app that never responds, nutritional information that's never uploaded on time and a refund policy of 'oh well your overpriced lunch didn't turn up, we'll give your employer their credit back and you can join the back of the queue at the local food market' and pretty soon you start to feel a bit resentful.

We order our daily lunch on Feedr and we receive it in the office. It is a good variety of restaurants and dietary requirements to suit everyone.

Menu prices on feedr by the vendors are always almost 20% inflated then their actual direct online menu price even when we are bulk ordering regularly for all the employees in office.
They don't even provide replacement for the individual missing items/wrong items etc and which is so unfair for regular company orders that you need to end up being starving on that day.

No food. No communications. No responses. Never going to use again.
