1year old French bulldog loves it. We use all of them alternating.

Our dog has been eating NeoBites her whole life! She watches and waits patiently while we sprinkle it on her food at mealtime.The treats smell so good sometimes I am tempted to try one. She LOVES all of it and she is so healthy! Placing the order is always easy and the delivery is timely. Thank you NeoBites!!

My dog absolutely loves these treats and she is a very picky eater! In fact, all the dogs in my building love them so I gave a back to the doormen to distribute since they always give out treats when the dogs come back from their walks. I also sprinkle the powder for skin on my doggo's food and she loves it too. The packaging is beautiful too and does a great job of keeping the product fresh.

I'm really happy a high quality cricket based product like this one exists. A vet recommended cricket protein food a couple of years ago as my dog had some stomach issues periodically. All those issues went away when I switched to cricket based food for my dog.

Special shout out to the customer service which is first rate and incredibly responsive. I had some issues with the web site as my subscription refilled an order while I still had some product remaining. I thought I'd made a change to the timing of the subscription but I clearly hadn't been successful in doing so. I emailed the company and was immediately reimbursed. So kind!

I don't know how they do it, but our dog has always been a picky eater and now he loves his meals. The meal topper is amazing.

I received the wrong items (sent 2 bags of biscuits, vs. the powder supplement/topper). But a few days later, we received the correct products in the mail, and an email with apologies from the company, and they insisted we keep the 2 bags of biscuits. I've ordered from Neo Bites many times, and LOVE their toppers. This was the first time they have made such a mistake, and they made it right very fast.

My first order went missing. I emailed 2 times with no answer. Unfortunately, they provide no other way to contact customer service - so I googled Neo Bites phone number. Scrolled way down and found an Austin based number, 512 area code, so I called it and got a voicemail. It was clearly a private cell. So I took a chance and texted 2 screen shots of my original order and the shipment without a delivery listed. The reply I got was kind, he stated the number was no longer associated with the company, but he would forward my concerns to the appropriate contact. He did just that and I had someone from Neo Bites send me an email apologizing and taking immediate steps to reship my lost order. She explained the company had changed hands and the emails were getting lost in the mess. So, all in all, I am very pleased with the company and the product are amazing! I recd my first bag as a gift and decided to order when it ran out, so I definitely recommend the products. My one upgrade would be to allow better contact for the client. Email is fine, but not providing a phone number ANYWHERE on the site feels like a miss, especially when you’ve attempted to communicate via email, not once but twice and are needing additional support. I originally gave a 1 star, but have changed it to a 5 star simply because of the quality and speed of customer service once somebody knew I needed help.

This product is amazing. My fur baby has had skin itching issues for years. I've tried everything to help her and nothing worked. Nothing the vet did worked. I found out about neobites when I adopted a pet. There was a free sample in the welcome package for my new pet. I tried it for my fur baby (Tutu) and within about a 1/2 hour she stopped scratching, she stopped crying because she was so miserable and she went to sleep with no scratching. This is the best product I have ever used. I have my other pets on It now and I've told all my friends about it. Thank you for creating this fantastic product.

The product was great and my dog loves them. But one of the bags was opened and half the contents spilled out. That was a little disappointing
