Do not consider this app - there is no way of cancelling once initial payment has been made. Did not allow an account to be created so unable to access app to try to cancel online. Numerous emails sent to address provided when searched how to cancel but no reply.
Have had to involve bank to stop the regular payment that has been set up by the company but which is not visible to me in my bank account.

Complete scam. I did not even get a meal plan. Taken money from.my account of £39.99 without my authorization. It is not even on a subscription. Had to cancel and freeze my card so hopefully can claim as fraud.

this app is a complete scam and fraudster. I subscribed on it for a 7 day trial, saw the contents of it the first day and wasn't satisfied, then unsubscribed on the same day, only for them to debit me £29 2 weeks later. When I queried this with them they say its Apple Store that is responsible for the payments and I should take it up with Apple Store, they are just full of rubbish..

Gravy for breakfast and dessert for dinner. Once you sign up you are caught up in a web of back and forth. I asked to cancel, they said it was purchased through Apple Store so I needed to cancel through them. Apple confirms it’s never been a subscription and there are no purchases. I have emailed multiple times. They actually sent me 3 lifetime access codes as compensation??? Horrible experience. I will continue to share my experience where ever I can. I’ve already filed 2 complaints with corporations who reviews these scams.

It's a scam first they make you buy a promo at 6.99 and then they charge you 39.99 telling you that it's the app store that takes the money, but that transaction doesn't appear anywhere in the order history but is scaled directly to the bank. Given no answer!!! Scammers!!!!

Advertised as free, the name says it all!

This app is a scam. It doesn't work, and then when you try and request a refund because it doesn't work, they just ignore you.

The app is not working as expected. Cannot normally log meals by texts because the app will not find them. It will not find the ingredients I want to add either. Plus itt suggest meals from the wrong time of the day meaning it suggest dinner meals for breakfast. Undor újat Unforunately I started a one year subscription with them which I would like receive back due to said issues. Of course they are refusing my refund request…

This is 100% scam! I made free subscription on 19 July, it never worked I even couldn’t log in into app. I made refundable subscription, which I tried to refund, never worked. Support never responded. Then on 26 September I saw on my Apple Pay that I was charged 19,99$ I started sending them emails reporting, no response. I changed card even but somehow subscription was still working through Apple Pay! And now on 26 November I was again charged 19,99$. This is huge scam!!! And I really don’t know what to do!

This app is not fit for purpose, I paid for pro and put in my dislikes and the items that are not available in my country, I also put in the types of food I like and my meal plan came back with the items I had excluded on it!

It also doesn't include "meals" an example of my first day are
breakfast: pot boiled eggs (this is fine)
Lunch: oven baked carrot sticks (that's it, nothing else for lunch except carrot sticks)
Dinner: lemon herb pork chops (again that's it, nothing else with it!)

The meal plan also doesn't add up to my recommended calorie totals so I would still have to find a load of food to eat and work out the calories for it.

I hoped that I would get a complete meal plan as advertised but it doesn't.

I tried to get a refund but it doesn't meet the Google play refund policy 🙄
