The best investment I made in myself
I had never tried anything like this before, as I was always quite skeptical about coaching programs. However, hers felt authentic and really appealed to me—and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
My goal was to lose some weight and get more defined, but I had struggled to make real progress on my own. I would usually lose 1–2 kg and then plateau. With her personalized recipes and 1:1 guidance, I saw significant changes in a short time. After just three months, I reached my goal weight.
What I especially appreciated was that I could still enjoy my food. I ate three satisfying meals a day, had snacks in between, and even treated myself every week. Ruwi helped me build a way of eating that is both healthy and effective for weight loss, while still tasting great.
