Found direct debit on bank account of disabled friend I help with finances. They have taken 2 payments of £39 from them marked as eazy collect re first online which when googled comes up has first national bank of nigeria.
SCAM ALERT! They set up a direct debit worth £40 on my account. Sneaky b
Somehow they set up a dd on my account, have deleted it, hopefully b4 they took money, dam scam.
Bunch of thieving scammers, set up a Direct Debit on my sons account with out his knowledge or authority, who is still at college, tried calling them but just go round and round in circles, bank refunded the money and DD cancelled.

Stop working with fraudulent third parties. You set up direct debits from people's account and steal from them. This business should have been shut down by now.

Eazy collect has not given me any problems what so ever. Any time I need to speak to someone from the team they seem to always be on hand.
My transactions are always on point and I am always kept informed if any changes take place. In my opinion this company knows how to conduct business. ( I was searching world pay for their virtual card transaction terminal as I have just opened an account with them and they had such bad reviews; Although I have not a bad thing to say about them. I thought I would see what kind of reviews eazycollect has as I use them for my Direct Debit and I was shocked to see they have none.
