Excellent

I’ve had several products from Eazycolours including moulds, bath bomb dyes, SLSA etc. Every one has been of fantastic quality & I’ve just placed yet another order.

Maria at Eazycolours is absolutely fabulous, very quick to answer any queries & recently went above and beyond trying to trace a missing order for me ( the courier company lost it, finally found it & sent back to Eazycolours rather than me 🤦🏽‍♀️) and she got the items re-sent to me on speedy delivery. It wasn’t an order for thousands - just a few pounds - and that just shows the fantastic level of customer care no matter how little or much you spend. Maria kept in touch with me over the period of a week or more, trying to sort this out for me.

Aside from the courier company going slightly potty recently, items always arrive promptly and well/safely packaged.

So, excellent products, excellent customer service, yes I would recommend.

Always check your order as accidents do happen in a fast paced environment, so I am sorry you had this problem not once, but twice. We will always rectify a wrong order or exchange a product if you changed your mind and the item hasn't been opened. When we have new people they sometimes get things like an Eazy Red Mica and an Eazy Red WS mixed up. Its an easy mistake to make, but at last you are happy now. Thank you for using EazyColours

As explained in our response to your email your order has to join the queue once printed off. It was due to go out today but the wrong sprinkles had been put in - wizard mix instead of witch mix. Royal Mail came to pick up before we got chance to do the swap so your parcel is going out tomorrow. As we have had a weekend during that week and as explained, kids have gone back to school meaning we are very busy, it has actually only taken 4 days.

Awful behaviour!

If I could give a zero I would ! I bought some moulds which I had delivered to someone else’s address. Little did I know that the lady who owns Eazycolours has an issue with the lady I had them posted to. This was then made apparent by the childish writing she had written all over my parcel. This was my first order, and I found it so unprofessional. I emailed Maria from Easycolours asking why my parcel has arrived with the writing all over, she thought I was the lady she has an issue with, and was rude. She would not listen to a word I was saying. She clearly didn’t take note of my personal details on the order. This would clearly state I am not the lady she has an issue with. Saying that, even if you have an issue with someone, this is your business, stay professional. Unfortunately she did not. I did call her mentally unstable due to the abuse I was getting back in emails. I probably shouldn’t have, but I have never been in such a bizarre situation before. Her behaviour was so erratic and strange. Again, this is not professional! Safe to say I will never use the company again. All I wanted was some bath bomb moulds ! Wish I hadn’t bothered.

Edited to your expected response and after you calling me a see you next Tuesday to the lady in question. When I did my order it was all in my name and my address was on it. It had her name and address for the delivery only. You should know how your system works. And you should really take note of your paperwork. All my details was in my name as I was the one who bought them not her. Own up you made a mistake and stop throwing insults and abuse around.

I wrote GENUINE MOULDS on a parcel and when asked by someone why I had put that I said 'you know why Emma'. This is because I had been accused as selling fake moulds. The person that contacted me was showing as using someone elses account. I didn't see anything rude in what I said but of course this person decided to make a big deal of it. Even when I pointed out that this person was showing as someone else she was sending a barrage of emails late at night. I have them all including all the emails that asked her to stop contacting me. The only issue I had was that someone said I had sent a fake mould out so on this particular box I wrote that it was genuine. What's wrong with that? And its EaZyColours!
If you use someone elses name you need to expect that they will think you are that someone else! I am not talking about what's on the order, I am talking about the name on all correspondance which I sent over to show this person. And still the lies and insults continue. I have the screenshot to prove it :) I cannot and will not deal with people that have less than one brain cell that gets others to leave fake reviews. Like I said on my review... GROW UP!
