---Update from reply- never consented to pay intract, i never was asked if its okay to book the ticket from company card and if i would pay by intract?. When i was informed that card was AI generated,after that you asked to intract 500 and rest would be on card . Problem started after this. Next call was just telling me that card was declined again and we went ahead and book ticket from company card and you have to pay all amount through intract( which was never consented or talked about).
When asked for help and find a solution ,your manager Kunal told me to borrow money from relatives but you would be paying us or you are loosing 500. I got tricked and had no option left but to pay and get the ticket.
I have all communications and recordings saved as well and would be great if someone of authority call me back and clear it.if i ever get a call,i do Hope they wont be like the manager who hung up on me and refused to listen.-----
What a scam, they booked my ticket from company card without my consent and demanded me to send them intract. When i told them that if my card was declined why you guys did not called me and ask before you proceed, and manager told me kinda to f off and arrange the cash money or you will be losing your upfront payment of $500. Be aware of them if they are asking upfront money. I would be contacting fcca and probono.

We strongly disagree with this review and would like to clarify the facts for transparency.
The airline declined the payment because the credit card details provided by you were flagged as unauthorized as it was AI generated card.
Under airline and payment compliance rules, tickets cannot be issued using such cards. This action was taken by the airline, not by our company.
Once the payment was rejected, you were promptly informed and offered an alternative, legitimate payment option to continue the booking. At no point was a ticket issued without consent, nor were any improper demands made. The upfront payment referenced was collected in accordance with our clearly communicated terms and conditions, which were accepted at the time of booking.
It is unclear how this can be described as a “scam” when genuine, confirmed tickets are provided against the valid payment that was successfully made through Interac. The issue arose only when the airline refused to process the ticket on an invalid card, which is beyond our control.
We maintain complete documentation of this transaction and all related communications and are fully prepared to cooperate with any platform or regulatory review if required.
We value genuine feedback, but we cannot accept reviews that misrepresent events or omit key facts surrounding payment compliance.

Bad & stressful experience with EazyFares Canada
My experience with EazyFares Canada, was extremely bad and stressful. Think 100 times before you call them.
Initially the agent was good and quoted a rate on Saturday. I confirmed & assured booking the tickets on Tuesday for which they agreed. I followed up on Tuesday, same agent confirmed that wait for a day and we shall get this done. After repeated follow-ups, the agent responded after a week that the same rates are not available & you will have to book on higher rates. She even didn’t care about me saying that I shall drop a review for such experience. When escalated to manager, he simply wasted my time with a response that we can’t help you. Please don’t fall prey for such false practices - save your time & money. I am surely going to send a written compliant to IATA.
