It seems to be a fake company under veneziamarketingdistribution, it seems that ebath does not exist.
This is the second company under the Venezia marketing company that has not fulfilled the order despite empty promises.
Avoid .

Ordered a part via their website; bathroomparts.com

Had various updates that it was; being processed, being picked, gone into dispatch etc, then after 4 days (on the actual day of supposed delivery) they emailed to say that due to a ‘stock control error’ it was out of stock and expected in two days and I would have to wait for up to a further five days.

So how could it have gone into dispatch 🤷‍♂️ (just a blatant lie)!

It is completely obvious that they DO NOT keep stock and simply order from the manufacturer(s) as required. (I only used this company because the original manufacturer is OUT OF STOCK).

So I do not expect my part any time soon and will cancel.

I REALLY HATE companies that operate like this; pretend to have stock, take customers money and then expect them to wait indefinitely 😡

Not a company one can trust.

They have failed to respond to 3 emails & a phone call.
The product they sold broke in half within a month.

They sale items that are not in stock . They take your money and don't tell you . You wont get item and will have to fight to get refund .

I have written quite a few reviews on Trustpilot and I think if I had read the reviews before I ordered my new toilet seat I would never have proceeded. I had tried everywhere looking for a replacement toilet seat for my Mode Princeton close coupled toilet without success. I stumbled across this site and after putting in the details I was informed that they had one in stock. After ordering my new seat it arrived within 3 days and I had it fitted in 30 minutes. The seat was a bit pricey but as I could not source it anywhere else I was happy to pay this.

It's a tale of woe I'm afraid. The website indicates products with an 'order today for delivery by Thursday' statement but they actually don't appear to stock any products. In my case I ordered a set of toilet seat hinges and fixing plugs on 4th January. Email received confirming the order and minutes later a second email indicating they had no stock and expected to be re-stocked on 21st January. Ok not happy but willing to sit it out and wait. 21st January came and went, no updates received. Emailed 24th January for an update, no reply. Emailed again 31st January requesting a response that day. They emailed to say still no stock, expected 10th February. So I requested my money back and the following day they acknowledged receipt and indicated it could take 5-7 days to refund 'due to banking processes'. Funny how money was debited from my account on the 4th pretty efficiently. I'm not sure this is a serious business run in a serious way so I suggest don't waste your time.

They only receive one star because no star isn’t an option. Terrible. The lie about delivery dates, are rude and don’t think any sort of apology is warranted. I’ve cancelled the order and still await a refund. Stay well clear.

Ordered a part on the 25th Aug that was showing in stock, received an email on the 26th Aug saying its gone to dispatch, will be 1 to 3 days, all good so far.
left a message via their webpage and emailed them as 6 working days later the part still hadn't arrived, no response, on Friday, 6 days after they promised to send it they finally sent it, arrived today. very poor service, lack of comms, and they didn't send me the Trust Pilot link!

Can't even answer the phone ordered and paid for goods haven't arrived and cant get through to anyone for a explanation unbelievable theres still companies like this in 2021 sooner they close the better no one else can be ripped off!!

Shocking. Paid for goods THREE times only to (eventually) be told each time they don’t have the stock. At time of writing they still haven’t delivered after initially ordering and paying over 6 months ago; rather just send automated messages saying “it’s on its way” which it never was. When I called to chase up I was met by a rather rude CSR so I ended up writing off both money and the order.

I would recommend avoiding this company if at all possible

I was so pleased to purchase this sink online as I knew the range had been discontinued and needed to match an existing sink but received an email and refund four days later telling me it was not available from the supplier. Why are they selling goods which they do not stock and which are no longer available. When I emailed asking why they were selling goods they did not have or have access too I was berated for not calling them first to check stock availability on a discontinued line as they do not have live stock control. Poor customer service and even worse customer relations.

I have waited 8 months for a two toilet seats when I finally gave up and requested a credit they first took 10 days then said sorry need to do as a bank transfer and I am still waiting - do not use

Agree with all others on Trustpilot and wish I'd seen this ealier. However, They advertise under the guise of choicereplacementtoiletseatshop (with an inexplicable 4.7 star rating) to hide how useless they are. Been waiting 2 months now for a toilet seat.

Total rubbish. Do not buy from this company as you don’t get goods!!

Tell you it's in stock, take your money, no goods arrive, don't respond to emails and when you call tell you its not been despatched yet because its only just come into stock. Asked to cancel order to be told it will have to be passed on and if agreed will take 7 to 10 days to process. Looks like its going into dispute with my credit card company.

Still awaiting an order that was placed on 9th November. Absolutely useless company. Have had to chase the order on multiple occasions. Staff not helpful or responsive. Unless you call/ email they do not even process the order or resolve any issues. Wasted so much time and still haven't received the part.

Ordered a product (7 December 2020) which was shown as in stock on their website. Received an email the next day to say it was out of stock and stock was anticipated on 11 Jan 2021. I asked for an immediate refund so I could buy it elsewhere or buy it nearer the time. I Have not heard from them since! I've had to raise a case with PayPal. Avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered and paid for item, didn't arrive, told was out of stock and would be late, after more time passed said would refund and didn't, had to make PayPal claim which they resisted. These people should not be trading. Avoid them.

This business is a joke! I ordered a part for a toilet, after many weeks it never turned up. First they tried to blame Royal Mail. But their own emails showed that they had cocked it up.
After many emails I did receive a refund but it was short by £4.00 which was what I had to pay for delivery. Thus I paid delivery for an item which was never delivered. I will keep trying to get this money back no matter how small the amount because these people should not be allowed to operate.
