Full of scammers , this platform is a joke

Their system has now locked me out from even visiting the site for the second time, it took weeks for them to make my account active. What a disgrace to the EBAY brand. Shame on the Ebay-K german team ... shame shame shame and obviously not capable of running their site

The worst place to buy. The website developers are some kind of nationalists.. Basically, if you are not from Germany you won't be able to register on this website. I don't understand their policy. Just avoid this website and save your time.

The platform where scammers meet gullible customers. Ebay does not care - maybe they will when absolutely no one trusts them & stops using this minefield of a platform

A user on Ebay Kleinanzeigen listed my guitar on this site. This fraudulent and clearly a scam. There is no customer service to report this. This is a site to stay away from!

Unbelievable experience. The ebay seller sent me wrong cheaper model of a router. I triggered dispute as i paid for "buyer protection" and provided a dozed of quality images and the chat contents with the seller. The Online Payment Platform kept quiet from Jun 20 ignoring my reminders and blocking further interaction. Then on Jul 6 notified that they need a video:
"Die von Ihnen hochgeladene Bilder sind uns leider ungenügend für die Überprüfung.

Laut dem Käuferschutz bei eBay Kleinanzeigen, muss ein Artikel erheblich von der Beschreibung abweichen, was wir in Ihrem Falle sowohl im Inserat als auch auf den Bildern nicht feststellen konnten.

Videomaterial senden Sie bitte per E-Mail an support_onlinepaymentplatform.com mit dem Betreff “dis_895f19245244”, damit wir die Funktionalität überprüfen können."

I was away and missed the message and on July 21 without any other notice they closed the case and rejected my claim.
I appears like fraud to me. Whoever looked at the case could not possibly judge there is not enough evidence and close the case without real consideration. Stay away from eBay Kleinanzeigen and their fake "buyer protection".

There is no service hotline, no way for a user to get in touch with the provider. My announcement was canceled several times by ebay, alternatives I recommend: Shpock App!

The seller's advertisement clearly read a right hand Alfa headlight. However, he sent me a left hand one. I pointed out that I received a wrong one. He simply replied to me that he made a mistake. Unfortunately he did not answer to my emails to solve the mistake he had made. This way of doing business is not fair.

Sellers always ask money before to send items.
No Paypal account, no pictures with the item, no Facebook or Linkedin profiles...

PAID FOR THIS AD 18 euro 2108872605-196-3345 AND THEY PUT IT IN WRONG CATEGORY . And I couldn't change the category.

I am a pensioner who as a treat for myself bought a bracelet from a seller in Mumbai.....bad move for a start I suppose.
The clasp on the bracelet was faulty so I returned it tracked...only in the UK unfortunately.Otherwise postage would have cost over £50.
The seller said they hadn’t received the bracelet
I opened a case with Ebay.
They believed the seller and closed the case so I have lost the bracelet and my £155.
I note that the seller has changed the name of his company 3 times since

we have just had our bank cards after the ebay kleinanzeigen secure payment scam. someone wanted to buy an item but only wanted to use the secure payment method which i knew nothing of. then he sent me a link that didn´t work luckily because it was too slow. they wanted my logon pass code to my bank. later he wrote and told me that ebay customer services told him there was a fault and there was a new link which i tried on another card. again it failed because of banks security. ebay do not respond and do not want to help in anyway.

Buyer claimed to have made a payment via their payment scheme. I followed the link but then I was asked for my bank log on pass code. Tried to complain but being ignored. I now find out its a scam.

Customer service is a joke and below any points, even 0 is too good. They don't answer your question's, but what else you can except from htler's children full of themselves.

sold dozens of things without any problems.
booked for hundreds of euro featured ads in the last 5 years.
got blocked for no reason. never got any complains from buyers.

Very bad app.. doesn’t work and always shutting down nearly every week. Annoying

This web is full of scammers. They do not want to help you with getting your money back, it is really sad - the customer service is pretty much below zero.

Scammers use the modified links " ebay-kleinanzeigen.de-buy.store " to pretend like they sent you money and then you are required to put in your information. Don't provide any credit card details!

If you spot the link being different to the original website STAY AWAY!
