Yes EBC broker is a big scam. Chinese company with no CMA.
I won 7500 Kenyan shillings in Naivas vouchers but didn't receive even one cent.
What surprised me is that I did not deposit or trade during the competition,which started on 1st November until 9 January this year.
So explain to me why you used my name in the grand prize draw?
And who ate that 7500?
I last deposited on 9 April 2025 and last traded on 22 May 2025

Declined all my deposits for over 48hours, technically frustrating and restricting my access to deposit to trade
What then is the PRECISE LIMIT(specific amount) for each channel for each month. I await the new month which is just a week from now and expect my deposits not to be declined moving forward.
As I would not want to post attachment proofs of the decline to my deposits and acceptance to my friends on same channel.
As this is the only issue I see wrong with your services so far.
They have repeatedly declined all my deposits for trading. The question is how does one trade without deposits. Mailed customer care and for over 48 hours they have kept saying they are trying to resolve it.
I am still waiting for it to be resolved.

EBC asked my credit card details
I passed the verification by providing my passport and bank statement. However, after I've made my initial deposit, EBC asked me to provide my Visa Card details.
1. No brokers has ever asked my credit card details. Why do I need to provide?
2. I was already verified, in the future, are you going to bring additional excuses to over turn my verification?
3. After I made my initial deposit, my card got blocked by my bank, likely EBC's payment processor's bank is in Kenya Africa but the EBC is located in a different country. I'd to call my bank to get it unblocked.
