Poor Service
The company's own website information is incorrect regarding brake lines for the bike i was ordering for.
It took several phone calls 2 weeks plus to get the refund sorted.
Most unprofessional.

I can only apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused for you, we are very serious about making sure our customers have the best buying experience.
Looking further into this, I understand you spoke to one of the technical team and he advised the brake line set you needed, however this was not the right one for your bike. We arranged the collection with UPS and received the goods.
As stated on the website terms and conditions, we then inspect the goods and a refund is made within 30 days of the invoice or 14 days of receipt of the goods. I'm very sorry we did not live up to your expectations, however, this was followed and you were refunded within that time frame.
If you do decide to order from us again, I can only hope you have a better experience and we live up to the expectations our customers have come to have of us.

poor communication
Let me order parts online, pay for them then not hear back. After not hearing anything for a week, I asked for an ETA and was told the items were cancelled and they couldn't supply them. I have now purchased elsewhere.

I can only apologise for the lack of communication regarding your order. The person who runs the EBC Direct desk was off ill when the parts were found to be out of stock and was unaware you had not been informed.
Having looked into the communications between you and us, I can see why this would be frustrating and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused, however, as was explained in the email, when we are going through our year end procedures, we need all awaiting orders to be cancelled and refunded as we also carry out a full stocktake.

Great products and service
I have used EBC discs and pads for many years and always found them to be good quality and they perform well. Sure you can find cheaper brands but not with the same quality. Delivery is usually next day and free with my orders. I will continue to use them!

easy to order. quick dispatch and delivery.
well packed and quality items.
HOWEVER, hub centre a little small and disc wld not sit squarely on the hub with a little run out being the clue that all was not right. i fabricated a step nut and managed to impact drive the disc onto the hub. i hope i dont have to replace the disc anytime soon.
would still recommend these to anyone.

Web site not too helpful
Web site not too helpful, unlike staff and representatives at Goodwood. Delivery company advised delivery time as end of day then turned up a lunch time so I had a four mile round trip to pick up parcel. It is fortunate that I have transport and can carry a relatively heavy parcel. I am more than happy with the quality of the product ,but getting hold of it more than a little problematic .
