Did not receive the product I ordered

Did not receive the product I ordered. Different than what I ordered. Sent an
e-mail that I received the wrong product, they do not get back to you.

Firstly, we sincerely apologize that the incorrect fragrance was accidentally sent. This was our mistake, and we take full responsibility for the shipping error.

We also apologize for the delay in responding to your email. Unfortunately, we only became aware of it after resolving an issue that prevented some emails from reaching our inbox. As soon as we became aware of your email, we contacted you immediately to resolve the matter.

We have since reached out to you by both email and telephone and have also sent a follow-up WhatsApp message offering a resolution. As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered to arrange collection of the item and provide a full refund, despite our standard policy regarding opened fragrances, because we acknowledge that the incorrect product was supplied by us.

We remain committed to resolving this matter and would be grateful if you could get back to us so that we can finalise the solution.
