Seller does not wanna accept return…

Seller does not wanna accept return despite the fact that is my right as a customer when purchasing online
the seller has made a negative comment on my eBay account

Unfortunately this customer was unwilling to work with us. Having purchased one of our promotional items through eBay (in which we only offer a refund if the product is damaged or faulty) he attempted to make a false refund claim. We offered to work with the customer but explained, at the cost he had purchased the bike, we couldn’t collect the bike with a full refund simply because he had ‘changed his mind’. We offered to several options to the customer including swapping the bike for a different model at considerable cost to ourselves. He proceeded to try and damage our business further by leaving false claims on eBay. Thankfully eBay saw through these claims and agree the sale was correct and fair and that we had done all we could to support the customer. They then removed his negative feedback and cancelled his false claim for a refund.
We continue to provide our excellent, personal service that previous customers have experience and posted reviews on.

Purchased soo4-e scooter on 10/3/2021

Purchased soo4-e scooter on 10/3/2021, seller contacted me with in 24 hours to arrange delivery by e scooters. Arrangements were made to deliver to a family members home,because of my work commitment. Matt arrived as pre arranged demonstration about scooter and its ability were shown, Fantastic.I arrived home from work to find a scooter that was much better than I expected. Using this scooter to go to local shop, pick grand kids up from school is perfect. I’m very happy with my experience and purchase from eBikeGlobals.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service and bargain E-scooter

Great service from Matt, who was very prompt at responding to my questions via the website. He then considered my needs and was very communicative.
He delivered an E1 electric scooter to my house for me to try out within a few days, which was great fun. He knows his stuff and was a friendly chap. I purchased the scooter from him. It is great fun to ride and a bargain price at that, when I consider another bike I was looking at was a lower spec and not electric. I would definitely recommend Matt and his company!

First time eBiker/Superb purchase

First time eBiker, and found ebikeglobals online after a lot of research. After placing my order, a few days later I was called by Matt who explained he would build my bike and deliver it within a week. Communication from start to finish was 1st class, and on the day of delivery Matt arrived on time and took the time to explain to me how everything worked.

I’ve spent the weekend doing 48km over two 3 hour charges, mainly with pedal assist on my E2. I’ve used the twist and go function a few times and was pleasantly surprised by how quick acceleration is.

Overall, 10/10 for customer service and 10/10 for the E2.
