The experience was that I found what I needed. And for the company, they are accurate as always.

First of all getting any response from them aftersale is a joke
They dont call back when they say and it has taken a month for them them to agree to make a partial refund
The nut was faulty,and would only tighten so far, but the handle bar kept slipping, this near caused the rider to lose control
The bike was taken to a qualified bike shop and the same happened when they tried it
Obviously this was an issue as it was deemed unsuable and dangerous.
The bike was only put together and tried twice, once with the buyer and once at the bike shop
It was reported immediatley and requested for collection,
After a week nobody had collected, again i was back onto them and they was insistant it hadnt been correctly tightened, it had been tigtened correctly!!
I was told i would lose a percentage if it was found to be not faulty, they tried to force me to agree to that condition before they collected it but i refused
After some time they agreed to collect it
They did not contact us back to say they had recieved the bike
Again weeks after i had to contact them again..i was told i would hear back by the end if the day
I heard nothing
I contacted them again this morning to hear they had still not checked the bike but they would have it checked today but if it wasnt faulty i would lose a percentage
I explained it was packed up exactly as recieved and in the same condition
I could cleary tell from the responses they had every intention of taking that percentage whatever..
So i have today recieved this email from them..

Awful customer service and Liars
Hi Julie,
I would like to start by first apologising for the delay in processing your return.
Your wheelchair was returned with the crank arm removed and cable tied to the frame of the bike. This had damaged the bike frame.
I have noted here that the reason for the return was due to the seatpost/handlebar sliding down. This issue couldn't be replicated when the clamps were sufficiently tightened.
In this circumstance, we are normally unable to approve a refund, however, due to the huge delay in processing your return I have been able to approve a partial refund deducting the devaluation incurred on the bike returned (£50).
Please let me know if you would like to accept the partial refund of £499 which will be issued immediately to prevent further delay.

This is proberly a copy and paste response sent out to all returned items but they forgot to change the product description..
There was no damage to this bike and it was faulty
Disgusting lies to claw money back for lossed on delivery and collection
I would never reccomend or use this company again!

took 20 days total but battery is kosher although fedex had an issue and when i told these guys they told me to call fedex myself after i paid $750+$130 shipping. so if you have a problem they won't fix it or help you. they told me, i live here so i have to deal with it. dealing with these guys is a roll of the dice. to be quite honest it looks like all the reviews are happy except the american customers. maybe they hate americans, but honestly i wouldn't hold that against them lol. but i was polite to them and they told me to screw off. $900 is a lot of money to gamble on anything. even though things worked out, i wish i took my money elsewhere. poor customer service. lots of worrying relying on free fedex trash shipping when i paid $130 for that not to happen.

i bought a battery cost $900 total. fedex lost it. i contacted these guys for help kindly and they told me to deal with fedex myself cause i live here. i paid $130 for the shipping and they used free fedex and lost my battery and $900. i paid $130 for shipping and you chose fedex and pocketed the money. everybody knows fedex is free, its no secret pal.
*edit* feded did not end up losing the package. the point is, they told me to call fedex myself. thats bullcrap. if it didn't show up i was screwed cause they refused to help me. period. not to mention getting robbed on my shipping fees.

I sent the item back as it didn’t fit and I paid them £178 and they told me it cost me £19 to send it back and they take that out my money but then they only gave me £110 back so they robbed me out my own money I’ve reported them to PayPal and they looking it to it they done me out of £67 scamming people out of money

Wrong part but superb customer service
At first i got the wrong motor that didnt fit, but when i reached out to them they asked for me to measure some stuff on the motor i got from them, they apologized for sending the wrong motor to me and fixed it fast. the next day i had the right motor on the way and also got a return label for the motor that was wrong, this was my 6th order and first time something went wrong, but they fixed it really fast so as a customer im still very happy as misstakes can happen and i got a superb experience from their customer service that sent the right motor!
