The bike is fine

The bike is fine, but when I removed the front wheel, which is a routine procedure, the dynamo stopped working, and the company doesn't accept warranty repairs. Poor.

Bike was bought in Poland (Romet):

We’ve checked our records and we haven’t had any emails, calls, or messages from you about this. Also we can not find any trace of you buying a bike from us (Romet UK based in Batley). We do support warranty claims, but we can’t help if we’re not contacted.

For the issue you describe: after removing/refitting a front wheel, a hub dynamo can stop working if the small 2-pin connector isn’t fully seated or is flipped, or if the cable was pinched when the axle was reinstalled. A quick check to make sure the plug is pushed in firmly (matching +/–), the cable is intact, and the wheel is seated straight usually resolves it.

If you still have trouble, please get in touch with your order number and a photo of the hub connector and wiring.

He did answer all questions I had and was very helpful during the whole process. I was kept informed from purchase to delivery slot. Very pleased with sales team and the bike is just spot on.

My thoughts on the Romet Fit mtb…

My thoughts on the Romet Fit mtb I bought in July… fantastic all round bike! It handles trails really well, and as a tall guy at 6'1", the 20-inch size is just right for me.
Fit's frame has a unique look, a cool look and thanks to its geometry the higher handlebar makes my riding much more comfortable in compare to my previous mtb. Plus delivery was quick and free. Definitely recommend Romet Fit if you're looking for a great all-around MTB!

Fantastic service

Been searching for the perfect ebike that fits my budget & requirements for some time now but after visiting ebikes Romet Uk and speaking with the staff over there they recommend the E Rambler. I'm very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Romet bikes! It's a real value for money.
