Could not access their customer service to complain about their NTN7143 battery that heats up to damaging levels. Tried 2 different Motorola chargers with same result on both.

As a wholesaler, we place large orders via Echo from EBL and Grecell and have already purchased several thousand euros from this party. There is currently a delivery where 2 power stations are missing and this has been going on for weeks. We do not receive updates and they take no responsibility for their episodes. Very unfortunate and not entirely confident in the business relationship.

Absolutely garbage. Dosent last long at all. I have cough on video while charging one of the batteries bursted...crap crap crap...

Order 2 sets of flat top batteries. One set was not flat top. Tried contacting EBL no response

Their products may be ok but customer service is lacking. I also left a review for a product that wasn’t 5 stars and they never posted it. I wouldn’t trust the reviews on their site because of this.

Absolutely love my batteries and flashlight. Long lasting and rechargeable makes saving money easy. A definite must have for every home. Great for all your everyday needs. Super easy online ordering.

I have received EBL Batteries a couple different times now as a gift from Powerrextra and their other groups that they have and I am apart of I have been with them for a couple of years now and I love the gifts they send as well as their wide variety of merchandise they offer to sell! I am still using the same batteries from a year ago I have no complaints so thank you EBL FOR YOUR GREAT PRODUCTS And Thank You for introducing me to EBL Powerrextra I will continue to use your batteries and if by chance you are someone reading this review I highly recommend giving their batteries a chance

Despite what they say on their website about aspiring to provided good customer service, EBL have given me what is probably the worst customer service, and worst piece of equipment, that I have experienced for years.
I purchased one of their 40 unit AA battery chargers - C880 - and less than a month later 20 of the charging slots stopped working and now all 40 have stopped. I twice emailed the customer service address given in the instruction leaflet - March 25 was the first email - and asked for a speedy resolution but the company did not respond to either email. I then emailed a different address on their website and received an acknowledgement but have still not had any resolution. I feel very let down by EBL as I need to use 40+ AA batteries in my photo set ups on a daily basis. This is very disappointing as their batteries are great.
They don't seem to be a company that can be trusted to deliver what they promise on their website.
If possible I would not have awarded them any stars at all. Gordon Wilcock
I'd just like to add that I have now discussed the situation with Amazon who share my feelings and have arranged to refund me the price I paid for the battery charger.

I have been with these groups for many years and all their products are just amazing! I am now a new member in the lives they have a couple nights a week. Thank you!

I love my EBL rechargeable batteries, spacers and chargers that I use to keep all my electronics powered up and ready to go. They last a long time and are eco-friendly. I have the AA, AAA, C, D, 9V, Ni-MH, 18650 Li-ion and the 3.7v 2800mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. I also have the size C and D spacers by EBL which are very easy to use by placing one AA battery into the spacer to convert it into a C or D size battery. I have multiple battery chargers which I use to charge my different types of batteries to keep all my electronics going.

I use rechargeable batteries for toys, handheld kitchen gadgets, wall clocks, cassette players, alarm clocks, radios, flashlights, headlamps, lanterns, scopes, tv remotes, handheld thermometers, grooming gadgets, gaming controllers and more. Great to have for everyday use and emergencies like hurricanes, storms and power outages, which we have quite a lot of living in the South.

I have battery storage boxes for my batteries to keep them stored and protected to expand their life when not in use. The rechargeable batteries may be charged up to 1200 times each and they have a n excellent charge and slow discharge performance. Being a family of 7, we go through a lot of batteries and using these EBL rechargeable batteries and battery chargers has saved me a lot of money over the last couple of years.

I thought the transaction went smoothly and the customer service was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend this site to anyone that is looking for electronics or other accessories for their home. I wouldn’t change anything, so keep up the great work

Well I have got quite alot of there Different products and I have to say I love them.Great Quality and very reasonably priced.None of my products have ever let me Down customer Service is fab and Delivery is Quick. My Whole family use the Chargers,Batteries all over the house for all sorts of Gizmo's and Gadgets we all have.Highly reccommend there Products.Great for the Kids remotes for their consoles,Torches,cameras even Down to Air freshners basically everything that needs batteries.

EBL has great products the EBL rechargeable batteries are great to have ..they are easy to use & can also buy a sleeve to make a AA a size C the chargers are also great especially the 40 holder those are nice to have jus to keep your batteries charged & ready to use..

I use the battery charger quite often. It’s a great product & saves me money on batteries.
