Javed helped with buying the apartment, look through all the docs, flagged the important things that I need to know and understand.
Reasonably priced as well.

Javed Aslam did a good job in the beginning when reviewing the purchase agreement and gave me some good advice before the purchase.
However once he received his payment, he stopped answering emails, phone calls and text messages.
We still have to work on the reimbursment statement as there seems to be some mistakes in the statement. I am sadly being left alone with the task with no counseling from Javed even if I assume it should be included in his offered services.
I chose Javed because he has a good trustpilot rating but I have been sadly disappointed by him, I do not recommend.
I understand if you are busy Javed, but you could at least send a reply stating that you are.

Javed Aslam levet et godt job når han kigget på købsaftalen og jeg har fået god råd fra ham før købet. Men først tid fået han sin gebyrer så stopper han at svare på mailer, smser eller telefon.
Han må stadig udaberjder refusionopgørelse da han har fået det fra købers mægler 2 måneder siden men han desværre svarer ikke.
Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefaler Javed.

Specialist Property Lawyer Javed Aslam helped me purchase a property in Ishøj. He was professional, very efficient and was good at communicating with us via phone and emails. Everything was explained in details when asked for.

Javed educated us on the process and was calm and methodical through the whole process. He negotiated for us and listened to our priorities, so that his advice was correct for our situation. We felt that he was protecting us and working to prevent us from making bad decisions.

We looked at three houses, and came really close to buying one that looked good, but later was clearly a bad idea. Javed made us look really closely before committing.
