eBoss has been brilliant for many years, they have given us the tools to work a brilliant CRM system that is constantly evolving. The training and support they provide my team are second to none. Rob Ward made me finally realise a few years back the importance of using a CRM platform, I can now say that the system in which eBoss has supplied is IRC's Holy Grail.

I have been with Eboss for around 5 years now since company inception. I contacted several recruitment software companies and found Eboss to be the most responsive and within a reasonable cost.

Along the way any minor technical hiccups have been dealt with quickly and with ease. All communication is prompt and natural and they've been a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I like the product, it does what is says. I like the support - they do what they say. I like Rob - nice guy. Never under delivers

In short: It's a functionally rich system and is highly reliable - day and night - which is really important in our business. That aside, my key point for recommendation would have to be the superb and highly effective customer service - we have been well looked after by a highly capable and caring Eboss team without fail for 8 or 9 years now. Wouldn't look anywhere else.
