We had a large and complicated website designed which did experience a few delays however it was expected with such an in-depth project.
Now the website has gone live we still receive good, responsive ongoing support from the EBG team.

Having my website developed by eBusiness Guru was a pleasure and the process was smooth. The first day I went to their office, I felt welcomed. I was offered delicious food and really got to learn about the team members prior to getting started. After our first meeting, the professionalism and attention to detail was something that did not go unnoticed. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and my project manager, Nilesh, always made sure I had a full understanding of what was going on. Everything was always organized and all of the deadlines were met. I highly recommend eBusiness Guru for you E-commerce website needs.

I was a bit concerned that I had paid for the service in advance. Experience proves this to be a mistake in many instances. As it turned out, I was the one who held back the progress of the job. I was prompted a number of times before I responded. Upon my response, the work was done speedily and tailor-made for us and in a style we desired. 5 Star Company..
Thank you Guys!!!
Matt & Tom

Ebusiness guru were recommended to us by a trusted partner to help set up linnworks for us. We contacted them and were put in contact with Mark who was to be our project manager. He was knowledgable and enthusiastic and it appeared I had made the correct choice. Initially we were advised that our Magento2 website would not show orders the way we wanted to.
We were asked to pay a few hundred pounds to carry out a feasibility study. I agreed as we desperately needed the integration to go through as we were handwriting Magento orders. They came back to state that it could be done but there would be quite a few hours work by their developer in India to carry this out. We were given a quote that included the developement work and on-site training which was a few thousand pounds. It was a lot more than we expected to pay but reluctantly agreed. They did want payment for the whole project at the beginning. I disagreed with this and we agreed to pay 50% of the money. This however didn't stop their accounts department ringing 3 or 4 times to chase up the remainder of the balance! The project started off Ok with good communication but this soon tailed off with long periods of no communication and having to chase them up. If memory serves me correctly the project started in April 2018. In December 2018 I cut my losses with them after they asked for more money to deliver on what had been agreed and told them to stop working on the project. As a supposed ecommerce business consultancy you would expect them to be able to see what is human readable on an invoice for a business processing a few hundred orders a day. Unfortunately they couldn't see this. I stated to both the Project Manager in May (Via e-mail) and the developer the format I needed it in which I felt was a reasonable request. Both of these messages were ignored. I understand that it is not always possible to view every eventuality in a project such as this but you would normally expect that A.) they know how to deliver something in a readable format and B.) if they did find after a customer paid for a feasibility study that they found something else that they would take the hit. It's funny as I am currently using a builder to do some home renovations and they have quoted me a price, the builders' words were that "if we have underpriced through us not checking properly at the beginning then we will take the hit on cost" this is an attitude ebusiness guru could well learn from.
After explaining to Mark that I wasn't happy paying anymore money I asked to speak to his Manager. Mark never responded again to my e-mail. I found via Linked-In who the CEO was and contacted him via the messages there. Tejas was very amiable and apologetic, I explained fully my issues and after e-mails back and forth was offered a refund of a few hundred pounds (exc VAT) and told that they would not charge me for the training that I wasn't going to have! This did make me chuckle. As what happens with tech companies they always hide behind the project brief which was what Tejas did. I just expected it as a given that the invoices from our website needed to be in a human readable format WHICH I had sent to both Mark and the developer. I could see that this offer was in lieu of leaving any negative feedback so I declined his offer so I could write this free in the knowledge without monetary incentive.
In short we are now a couple of thousand pounds out of pocket and hours and hours of my time taken up. I would not and could not receommend eBusiness guru to anyone. The ironic thing was that we then picked up the phone to Channel Grabber and free of charge they did the integration with Magento and it works a treat. I'm sure Tejas will write a very eloquent response outlining that they followed the project brief and that the issues were with us. All I wanted was to use linnworks and for our Magento 2 orders to show in linnworks and produce an invoice showing clearly what the customer had ordered. I thought that was a reasonable request. All I wanted in return was a recognition that they had underestimated what needed doing and that was recognised in a partial refund. If you are to use eBusiness guru for any larger scale projects read the project brief to the letter, perhaps even set out staggered payments based on achievements and even a penalty clause if not completed.
avasam increased my business revenue by 180%!
After implementing avasam, I was able to scale my business in the first 90 days by over 180%! Simply automating the order processing enabled us to process hundreds of more orders than we ever did manually. I totally recommend avasam!
