Thank you for the cake, at the specified date and time. Truly appreaciate your timely service. The only concern was, the cake I ordered read as, “anniverary” instead of “anniversary”, which is definitely not a blunder anyone who is paying an additional $5 for the wording would be happy about! In the event of space constraints, you might have to reduce the characters available for clients to type for the cake topping! Disappointed, as it isn’t something expected 😕.

I always get back to eCakes whenever I need a cake.
Their products and services are great (or excellent).

Recently ordered again from ecakes, as some squirrels got at some of my last order, however ecakes were very accommodating a week later and this time I arranged for a box, in the event that no one was home and they kindly placed order in here and informed me with photos just after delivery. Everything always seems to go down well with recipients, especially the cannoli kit which is tasty and fun. Beautiful selection to choose from!

Ordered a couple of times from W ales and was generally happy, cannolis and cakes with photos which went down a treat. Just ordered a cake and cupcakes but unfortunately the cupcakes were taken by the squirrels which was a bit disappointing however next time I will leave instructions in the event that nobody is home…will order again though as all items actually received went down well.

First time buying an edible birthday gift online….nothing not to like!

Throughout Covid I've ordered multiple times from ecakes and without fail every single cake has been delicious! I didn't having to wonder how I would get a cake sometimes short notice or if it would taste good, never the case with this place! Thank you for making this crazy time a bit less stressful!

I am a new customer and have already ordered cakes twice from this company. The on line booking was easy to navigate, and the delivery service was prompt. I ordered the strawberry short cake, and the black and white layered cake. They were so fresh, tasty, not overly sweet, and a big hit with my kids.

The strawberry vanilla cakelet is delicious. I am disappointed that the delivery fee is the same cost as the cake itself. It used to be free to deliver in Scarborough and now is is $16. That's a huge jump. I also left 2 messages to try to arrange a delivery time and no one returned my phone calls. So great products, but expensive and customer service needs work.

This was my first time ordering a cake through this website and it was an overall great experience. The cake itself tasted great and was fresh and cool when it arrived. The delivery man arrived around 4pm on the day I had selected for it to be delivered (7am-6pm delivery option). Since I am in a building with many other residents sometimes porch pirates are an issue, so I asked that the delivery person please call me when they arrive so I can grab the cake from the door right away. He did exactly this, delivered the cake with a smile, and made sure to wait for me to pick it up before he left. I would definitely order from this place again!

I rate ecakes a perfect score because they surpassed my expectations. I ordered a cake from the UK for my Mom in canada and it was delivered as expected!
