I've worked with Ecapital for the better part of five years. The system they have in place helps us as (load brokers) to vet carriers and weed out potential business partners we don't want nor can afford to take risks for payment with. The team at Ecapital especially Marjorie Jacome our account manager makes our tasks seem effortless, she is constantly on top of our account and not a day goes by that I don't thank her for her incredible attaention to detail and efforts day in day out. Her responsenes are instant and she seems to know what we need before we even ask.

I been working with Alexandra Flores, and she great at communicating and getting me answers to all my questions and concerns, and paying on time my invoices.

My company had been hear less than a month, Factoring company is there to help Truck companies to get funded fast and help running companies. Instead this company takes long time to verify brokers after they approved credit check. Now they denied one broker already, I never had this issue with Apex Capital for the last 8 years with my other company.

I had very poor experience with E-Capital. After a year of cancellation they still owe me money from unpaid loads, more then $1000. I have up to call them anymore. Very complicated cancellation policy and high fees.

My onboarding experience with eCapital was excellent, largely thanks to Randy Redler. From the very beginning, he was extremely communicative and made sure I understood each step of the process. He was always available to answer questions, explain details clearly, and follow up promptly, which made the entire onboarding process smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out was Randy’s willingness to be helpful and proactive. He didn’t just respond when asked—he anticipated questions, provided clear guidance, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. That level of support made a big difference and gave me confidence moving forward with eCapital.

Overall, eCapital does a great job with onboarding, and having someone like Randy leading the process shows that they truly value clear communication and customer support. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

All the time when I have issue i ask her to help and she always replies super fast and always tries to help or find a way to figure things up so we can resolve them together. Extremely concerning experience. Proceed with caution.

We initiated an application process and did not sign a factoring agreement, security agreement, or activate any credit facility. Despite this, UCC filings were placed against our company in multiple states during the application stage.

During several conversations with the sales representative, the process was explained in detail, including background checks and due diligence. At no point were UCC filings disclosed or explained as part of the application process, despite thorough discussions.

When we objected and decided not to move forward, we were told the filings could be removed. However, instead of the company removing the filings it initiated, we were provided a letter authorizing us to file and pay for the UCC terminations ourselves. This required us to spend time and money cleaning up a legal filing we never expected, never benefited from, and never knowingly agreed to in practice.

While the company relied on broad application language to justify this, the lack of clear disclosure upfront and the burden placed on the applicant to fix the situation raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices.

Experienced operators should ask very direct questions before submitting an application and carefully review what authority is being granted during the “application” phase.

We have been with eCapital for 8+ years. There were so many issues with them. Our funding hasn't been processed so many times I can even count. They forgot about it. So I had to call for it to be processed. Sometimes they didn't do even do it until the next day even though the paperwork has been sent before the cut off time. After changing their system to the knew one they lost about $2700 from our reserves. It took me over a month to get back. That wasn't all after being with the for so long they raised our rate from 2% to 2.7% they said it is do to inflation. We finally made decision to leave and it was a best one. Our new factoring company is the best no contracts, lower rate and no issues at all with the funding. Ecapital was trying to charge us around $7000 for leaving before the contract ended.

Working with Johnny and Cori has been an absolutely amazing experience. As a new brokerage company, eCapital has given us the ability to grow larger every single day, and that growth would not have been possible without the incredible support we’ve received.

Anytime we’ve needed something done or had questions, Johnny and Cori have been there without hesitation. Without Johnny backing us, we truly would not have been able to do what we’re doing now. He personally went to his boss and made it possible for us to start working with eCapital, and we are beyond grateful for that support.

And thank God for Cori — she has handled all of our “stupid” questions with nothing but patience and kindness, never once making us feel bad for asking the same thing over and over. Her patience truly makes us feel comfortable and confident working with eCapital.

This company is the worse factoring company ever. If you submit a load for any amount they take $35 plus an extra $10 for putting the money in the account. Also if you want to get the money the same day. It’s $70 plus $10 to put the money in your account. Example. If you submit a load for $100 . You will only get $18. They are worse than the mafia. I submitted a load from Scotlynn. They sent the bills to the wrong e mail for Scotlynn and had the nerve to take all the money 3 months later because they said they did not get paid from Scotlynn. Really. You guys sent the bills to the wrong company. I have so much more negative incidents that happened. I don’t have time to write them. They also charge $700 if you want to get out of the contract. It’s a 1 year contract. Really. The best person working there is Anahi Salgado. I give her 10 stars. The rest of them get 1 star

This company did not show any interest, communication, or appreciation for our business. We've since moved to another factoring company and CANNOT STRESS HOW MUCH BETTER IT IS. Worst decision our company has made so far was choosing eCapital originally. They did not offer any customer service and simple tasks took weeks for them to even acknowledge let alone work on. Very happy to be done dealing with their team. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE ECAPITAL FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.

We worked with eCapital using their brokerage factoring platform. It was one of the worst decisions my business partner and I made when starting a company. They do not care about their business partners - all they care about is pretending they are offering you a service that makes your life easier (which it doesn't) and they take 1.75% of your revenue. Anytime you ask them for any assistance, it will be like pulling teeth, and they do not care about your company, only their own. It is not a partnership in any sense.

I even complained to management and spoke with Holly McIntyre, who is supposed to be their customer service manager, and she was insanely rude and dismissive.

We grew from a $0 in revenue/year company to a $3.5 million revenue/year company, and it was absolutely in no part due to eCapital. Stay away if you can.

We had tge chance to deal with Johnny McSorley and he made our factoring experience exceptional. He went back and forth with our previous factoring company to make sure we were set up with eCapital as soon as we needed to. Highly recommended.
