Extremely poor service from this…

Extremely poor service from this company I purchased a king-size espoir allure 5000 mattress high end luxury mattress costing over £1000, it was faulty rock hard not like the one I tried in the showroom so they swapped it for another exactly the same which was also faulty every time you turned over it popped it was like laying on bubble wrap so that one was changed but I refused to have another so it was changed for an espoir celestial 3000 which again is completely unfit for sleeping on it is the worst mattress I've ever encountered. BEWARE avoid buying from this company unless your happy to throw away hard earned money for very poor quality mattresses.
