I have used Fabien on two occasions now…

I have used Fabien on two occasions now ( firstly advising on unpaid rent and , more recently, advising on sale of a leaseback apartment ) . Both times, he has been very thorough in assessing, reviewing and advising. His responses are always prompt and in perfect English. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Thanks again!

We used Fabien to assist with the sale of property in France

We used Fabien to assist with the sale of our ski apartment, which also involved terminating a lease. He was quick, clear and provided an excellent service. His english is perfect and we would recommend his services to any english speaking property owners in France.

I have used Fabien and ECD for a number…

I have used Fabien and ECD for a number of years. They have successfully guided me through the purchase of a French house through to winding up the estate of my late father. Fabien has always been very helpful and efficient,his English is impeccable, which has been invaluable in guiding me through the French legal system. I would definitely recommend their service.
