Do you optimize for ROAS?
New customers matter more than a flattering blended ROAS. We split every account two ways, new versus returning and branded versus non-branded, and report both weekly so you can see which spend wins customers you did not already have.
Do you use platform data for reporting?
In-platform tracking matters enormously, it's the only signal Google can actually optimize against, so we make sure yours is clean and complete. But we don't judge performance on it alone. We hold official partnerships with Hyros, Northbeam, Triple Whale and Haus, and we work inside whatever you already run.
Do you also help with SEO and organic rankings?
Yes. While Google and YouTube Ads are our core focus, our SEO team works alongside the paid team to make sure the pages we build can capture organic demand too. We look at technical SEO, keyword opportunities, content, internal linking and authority, with a particular focus on high-intent non-brand searches relevant to your products.
Do you optimise for ChatGPT and AI search?
Yes. Search behaviour is expanding beyond traditional Google results. Where relevant, we structure and optimise content so your brand and products have a better chance of being discovered across traditional search and AI/LLM-driven results. We treat this as an extension of search visibility rather than a separate gimmick.
How do you know if Google Ads is actually incremental?
We don’t take Google’s reported ROAS at face value. We separate branded from non-branded and new from returning customers, then compare that with your wider business data and attribution stack. Where appropriate, we can also use incrementality testing to understand what revenue Google is genuinely creating versus revenue it is simply taking credit for.
Why do you manage landing pages and feeds instead of just ads?
Because Google Ads performance depends on them. Sending paid traffic to a generic homepage is one of the biggest reasons ROAS looks fine while incremental customer acquisition stalls.
Why do you only do Google and YouTube?
Focus dictates how far into the channel we can go. Most agencies stop at the ad account and call everything else somebody else's job. Specializing entirely in Google and YouTube gives us the bandwidth to build the layers underneath the ads: SEO, reviews, feeds and bespoke advertorials.
Who will actually manage my account?
You get five specialists on your account: account strategist, media buyer, landing page specialist, tech specialist and creative strategist. Our media buyers cap at 6 to 8 accounts each, not 15 to 20+. The team is in Slack with you, not just on a monthly status call.
What are your contract terms?
No onboarding fee, no upfront cost, no lock-in. Month-to-month with no commission on ad spend. Clients stay because the work is good, not because the contract makes leaving hard.
Who is this service for?
7 to 9-figure ecommerce, from challenger brands to category leaders. We cap each media buyer at 6 to 8 accounts so the senior team executes the work instead of supervising it, which means we take a limited number of accounts at a time.
How does the call look like?
Think less “audit”, more strategy session. We screen share your account and spend an hour digging into your Shopping, Search, YouTube and wider setup. No scare tactics or manufactured problems. We’ll show you opportunities and strategies you probably didn’t know existed, what we’d prioritise, and exactly how we’d approach them. You’ll leave with ideas you can use whether you hire us or not.
