My god please stay away from this unless product !
It took 2 days off frustration to get it up and running the battery lasted 30 hours I thought ye but I will recharge it and time it again so I did and guess what yep it came up.as bell not found so I had to reset and start all over agsin 3 hour later we were up and running it only connects to the WiFi when it feels like it battery didn't even last qq2 days notifications only worked intermittently so I thought no good I will contact the support in the app USLESS not a drop of help so I thought I will return it I emailed the email address suplied and yep NO ADDRESS FOUND FOR EITHER ECHOBELL OR ECHOBELL PRODUCT SUPORT SO I CANT RETURN AS I HAVE NO ADDRESS TO RETURN TO SO IM £129•99 OUT OF POCKET THATS A LOT WHEN I ONLY HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT TO LIVE ON A WEEK THIS IS DISGRACFUL

Avoid at all costs you will end up with a peice of usless plastic and out of a lot of money ,I only bought it as the reviews I saw obviously not these ones were good I have to say when it does work sound and picture quality are good but my husband rang the bell and that's when it notified me not when he walked into the garden so that function doesn't even work all the time it's intermittent as well
But this is obviously just taking money and making sure you can't find them to return their unless thing .

I bought this to replace a Ring doorbell because of the ridiculous hike in cloud charges and lack of onboard storage.
Onboard storage worked a treat but the wireless chime was disappointing. I wanted it to ring my mechanical chime but there was no way it would do this. I never tried their tech support which was probably just as well. Gave up on it , cut my losses, bought a Blink instead

Item was deliver well wrapped and in good time, I am a 61 year old techno idiot but I had no problem setting this up and sorting the app etc. I have read all the really bad reviews and I was worried as I read a really good Which review and bought on that recommendation. Only small thing is the ringer range ain't fantastic, but it is loud enough to be heard in a 3 bed semi from anywhere. The doorbell speaker is a bit "tinny" but my daughter could understand me and she sounded nice and clear on my phone. The picture quality from the camera is excellent. I am relieved and wonder just what the Nay sayers are on about???

They have now changed to echobellpro.com but don't try their support as won't send!

Website has disappeared, support email not existing and my money is gone.

Contacted Tuya since it was their video doorbell and they did not want to help either. Feels like a proper scam.

Has this "company " closed down ??

Just received the Echobell unit. Decided it's not for me - emailed support to return it (I had one interaction with them in the past so the email address did work) but now the email is not recognised and neither the website! The package has a return address (chinese logistics co, 4PX ExpressUK In Southall) but I don't want to use that until I get confirmation of a refund. So am going to keep on trying to contact them and if not claim off my credit card.

Since then I've found the site from which I bought the item (echobellpro.com) and sent an email to their support email requesting a refund under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 40 days.

Works as it should no issues does wat it says on the tin

Do not use this company the product doesn’t work and there customer service is rubbish they just string you along using excuses as to not to return faulty product

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY THAT IS FRAUDULENT. I FINALLY RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FROM BARCLAYS LAST WEEK. WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER AND AFTER OVER 20 EMAIL EXCHANGES I TOLD THEM TO DEAL WITH MY BANK. I MADE IT CLEAR WAITING 30 DAYS FOR A DELIVERY IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY FINALLY ADMITTED IT WAS LOST. DURING THESE EMAIL EXCHANGES I READ THE DREADFUL REVIEWS AND DEMANDED A FULL REFUND WHICH THRY TRIED TO NEGOTIATE DOWNWARDS. THEY THEN LIED TO BARCLAYS / VISA BY SAYING THEY HAD SENT A REPLACEMENT. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ECHOBELL TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY ARE NOT A UK BASED COMPANY AS THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A USELESS WOMAN WHO CLAIMED IT WAS AGAINST THERE POLICY TO DO REFUNDS !!! I HAVE SINCE BOUGHT THE LATEST RING BELL AND VERY HAPPY WITH IT. YOU HAVE TO NOT GIVE UP AS ITS WHAT THEY WANT HOPING YOU AND THE PROBLEM WILL DISAPPEAR.
ALSO CHECK THE OFFICIAL WHICH RATING WHICH HAS ECHOBELL DOWN AS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY & URGING PEOPLE TO NOT TRADE WITH THEM. I DID ALSO SEE A FALSE WHICH REPORT SO BE CAREFUL.
BARCLAYS NOW WILL START ANOTHER INVESTIGATION WITH VISA TO RETRIEVE THE MONEY THAT IVE BEEN REFUNDED. PLEASE REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS TO HELP SHUT ECHOBELL DOWN. THE MORE COMPLAINTS THEY RECEIVE WILL SUPPORT TAKING ACTION. THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE THAT HAVE LOST MONEY AND THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED

Received the echobell 8 days ago with full tracking postage, installed it next day with the battery at 78%... it's now at 50% but there has been a lot of activity on it with, update to phone straight away and doorbell chime outside and inside. We have a front garden so it doesn't pick up the people walking by on the footpath, but you can go into live feed and see whats going on on the street and also view still shots of people coming on to your property of which the data is stored on your android or iPhone...

THIS IS NOT A SCAM DEVICE !...
I've also read a lot of bad reviews about Revelout card's of which I and my wife both have one and are very happy with !....
I appreciate that everybody's experience is not the same but, some people will blame everyone else but themselves

I switched from Ring doorbell as over time it wasn't identifying people approaching the house and in many cases never recorded anything.
Reviews for echbell looked good so I bought one, sadly the unit after 8 weeks is less reliable than the Ring unit. Recording doesn't work, 2 way audio does I work and it frequently fails to lick up activity of us driving onto the front and not even picks us up walking to the door. It does however notify you of anyone walking past the front of the house 7 meters away (although when I check the log nothing is captured.
Quite possibly the worst choice I have made based on reviews and expecting more. Not a good 1st impression and unlikely to keep it or sell onto another person.

Avoid at all costs. Same as many other reviews … sadly I didn’t see these first!
Tried to return using their 90 day refund as found a better product. Instead they offered me 5% and keep the product, then 10% then 15% … it’s a scam!! Zero customer service - no UK base, A VOID!!

Nationwide Building Society got me a full refund on my debit card VIA Visa after I explained all the circumstances and scam described by others on this website. It took two months and Echobell tried everything to prevent me making a claim even offered me a 5% refund!!!!! The Echobell website should be shut down. It continuously states their ridiculous price offer is only valid for a few minutes.

They sent £17!!!
I spent £100+
What a real bunch of scumbags!!
Do not use this scamming company for anything they just take your money and forget you.
Admit liability by offering replacement then want you to pay postage to return item.

Worst customer service and people all lies. Fraudster. Do not fall into trap, as they have put some pre-selected fancy customer review in their website but nobody can add any review there. The door bell could not be located in my mobile when I installed their app and hence could not install. I asked them to sent video showing how to install in android phone but they could not rather they were asking me to give them video. I emailed them I want to return the item and they said that I have to send the item to China and pay custom duty and custom clearance fee plus shipping fee.

This is the world worst doorbell system ever . I am trying to get my money back but it looks like I’ve got no chance because it’s china so it looks like I have no choice but to give them a bad review please please don’t waste your money

I purchased this after it was rated the best on google
It arrived after 8 days was well packed and easy to install and so far is working well except l think the battery life is very optimistic so l shall power it on a bell transformer which should avoid battery issues so at the
this time l am happy with it’s performance .

Managed to set the doorbell up eventually, it is absolute rubbish!!! The indoor chime doesn’t work, the doorbell alerts you about 5mins after it’s rang( if you’re lucky!)
Echo bell states 90 returns and 24hr email support, I have been trying for 3 days for a returns address and a refund!!
They have eventually replied as follows
