I attended the two-day TTE Echomasters course in Birmingham. I've been to other trainings - this was the best by far. Small group learning and lots of hands on practice. It's difficult to get experience using the probe, much less personalized feedback. I definitely recommend!

The course was one the best courses for handson practice and learning I have attended.
It was highly structured, every minute counted and provided something to learn.
The clarity and depth was catered to our precourse preparation and everything was made easy for us to understand. I absorbed a lot in the lecture bits.
The best part however, was the dedicated hands on experience which was supervised for every scenario. I have never had handson experience of this length or depth in any course previously! This is exclusive and excellent to this course I have found.
The playbook was an incredibly helpful tool before we even started the course. It made everything structured and easier to follow in the course. I will be using it as a template for my future. It's a grear companion.
I am leaving with a lot of improvement in my hand eye coordination skills. I feel after having done 14 hours of hands on experience I am truly confident in my basic TOE skills. This course has been a game changet for me.

I have attended tge two day Echomasters course on Hands on TOE by Dr Mohammed Mansour in Birmingham heartland hospital.I must say, this has been one of the most thoughtfully structured and genuinely rewarding courses I’ve attended. What truly distinguishes it is the highly focused format — with only four participants, the teaching feels exceptionally personalised, attentive, and engaging.
The standout feature of this course is its strong emphasis on hands-on training. Unlike many other TOE courses that tend to be predominantly lecture-based, this programme ensures that the majority of the time is devoted to practical application. The comprehensive pre-course materials and videos are particularly commendable, as they equip you with the necessary theoretical grounding beforehand, allowing you to make the most of the practical sessions.
Over these two days, I’ve developed a significant level of confidence in performing TOE. I genuinely feel that upon returning to my clinical practice, I will be able to acquire higher-quality images and undertake a more complete study under appropriate supervision.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone looking to refine their TOE skills. It is an exceptionally well-delivered, high-yield experience that prioritises meaningful, practical learning over passive observation.

I found the TOE course to be exceptionally useful, practical, and clinically relevant. What truly sets this programme apart is its strong emphasis on hands-on, simulator-based training - with over 10–11 hours dedicated to practical sessions in small groups. This structure ensured that the majority of the weekend was spent actively practising probe manipulation, acquiring standard views, and consolidating learning in a highly supportive environment.

The focused lectures were clear, concise, and well structured, providing the essential principles that were immediately reinforced during the extensive hands-on training.

Dr. Mansour and his team were incredibly approachable and generous with their expertise, sharing practical tips from real clinical scenarios that made the learning both engaging and directly applicable to practice.

The small-group format allowed for personalised guidance and meaningful feedback, which significantly boosted my confidence in image acquisition and interpretation. The immersive practical experience made a real difference to my understanding of TOE.

Overall, this was an outstanding, well-organised, and predominantly hands-on course(over 75% over overall time) that has significantly increased my confidence in understanding and performing TOE. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuinely practical and high-yield learning experience.

Very useful course that provides beginners with an introduction to TOE, probe handling and image acquisition with plenty of hands of time on the simulator.

Best echo course, especially for beginners. It takes you step by step, and the pre and post course videos are a great idea to build your skills.

Excellent course. You can really tell the amount of hard work and thought that has gone into the production of the pre course work as well the hands on course itself.
The instructors were excellent and provided very useful tips to improve our practice going forward.

Great course!

Pre-course material was both informative and instructive. It was clear exactly what is required in terms of knowledge and skill for the course, FUSIC and BSE level 1.

There was plenty hands on practice with experienced, knowledgable and patient echo instructors in a small group setting. Plenty of breaks and refreshements through the 2 days. This paced the course appropriately for 2 days.

This was prefect for anyone who has never had any or has had limited echo experience prior to the course. Both for the skill of performing echoes and for interpreting echo
Images. I would definitely be recommending this course to my colleagues who are at the same level and wanting to learn echo.

Completing the EchoMasters course run by Dr. Mansour has truly been transformative, taking me from a complete novice to possessing a foundation level of mastery in echocardiography.

​The course structure was exceptional and perfectly designed to facilitate rapid learning. As a novice, I found the curriculum’s progression highly effective. It started with the absolute basics—the physics of ultrasound, standard views, and machine optimization—building my confidence step-by-step before tackling more complex topics like basic valve assessment and cardiac pathology.

​What I loved most was the incredible structure. It didn't matter if you were a beginner like me or an experienced acute care doctor; everyone had an equal opportunity to genuinely improve their scanning skills.

​The course was run flawlessly. The timings were sharp, and the structure was perfect. We worked in small groups of 3 or 4, but the real game-changer was the dedicated 1-to-1 expert faculty advice—it made all the difference in mastering the practical skills.

Coming from nursing, I now can progress with pursuing echocardiography as a career in the near future!!

All hands on practice that you need

I went in for hand on practice as been advertised and they did not let me down. Learned a lot from it and came out of it with more condidance than ever to start my ECHO journey. Well structured course with a lot of hands on practice time.

It was fantastic experience to attend the Echomasters training.
The online module was very clear and well-structured. The videos made complex steps easy to visualise. I felt well-prepared for the hands-on day.
The hands-on workshop was outstanding. Instructors gave personalised feedback, and the opportunity to practise repeatedly on phantoms and real cases boosted my confidence significantly.
I now feel significantly more confident to start my ECHO accreditation journey and start the supervised scanning. This course will genuinely change my clinical practice.

I would say to learn echo you won’t find any course better than this. Wonderful experience during this excellent course that was well organized according to the objective for learning byhighly skilled team. They will make sure that you learn and master the basic skills from acquistion of images, familarity with machine and knobs, to interpretation and reporting.
