I always order from here as it easy to buy bulk liquids and if you order before 2:30pm you get delivery the next day. I opened my purchase today and saw two extra products (IVG disposable vapes) and didn’t think I had ordered them. When I took them out there was a sticker on them saying “Merry Christmas” I never expected anything extra but it really goes a long way! I bought 2 aspire k3 kits in the last 6 months. They both broke. They will not refund me. The admin via email are rude and disgraceful.

Purchased an aspire pocket X the other day it arrived Quickly. I have bought this item before from other online stores and the box was always sealed with a plastic film this time it was absent and it was very obvious that box and it’s contents had been rearranged..I emailed the store twice over the past couple of days just to enquire why it had been opened but to date I have had no reply so the one star is for the poor customer service and I will not buy again from this store. …….Thank you for your reply I have checked my messages again including Spam. And there was no no email yesterday but I did receive your Email Today. Personally I feel the box should not be opened and contents handled there is a seal on it for a reason no other store or online site that I have purchased from have ever opened the box to check the battery ? Once you open the sealed box theoretically it becomes “Second Hand.”Yes there needs to be a guarantee but surely it can be put outside the box? So for the reasons stated above I give you a one star Rating. Thank you……… Update Thank you for your reply After reading your response I have decided to increase your rating to four stars Because I do think that your actions were genuine and you believe were for the good of the customer. But I do feel they were unnecessary and personally I would prefer to receive the product sealed as done by the manufacturer. I have been buying this product for over 10 years and never has it been sold to me open and I have always received a warranty for the battery (obviously they did not need to log the battery number or maybe just didn’t want to open the sealed box and rightly so !!) it also has always worked right through its warranty which as you know is only 30 days testing the battery seems a waste of time due to its warranty longevity. But you do you !! I will obviously not be purchasing from you again or communicating through Trust Pilot
