Excellent service from Ecigone, issue with Royal Mail delivery
Parcel arrived 5 days late when I ordered delivery within 24hrs - Royal Mail postman said there were delays going on. Originally left a negative review due to this, but Ecigone immediately tried to call me to see how they can help and I realised the issue was purely with Royal Mail and that Ecigone is a company that cares about providing their best service.
