I’ve been using this company for quite some time now and have absolutely no problems with them I’m a 77yr old and not entirely comfortable with online ordering however when I have a problem I can phone the company and they are more than happy to help. To actually get to speak someone these days is nothing short of a miracle. Customer service is excellent and delivery normally within 3 days I can work out from when ordered when to expect delivery.i have also recommended this company to friends who are very happy and use them regularly.

I have used EcigsDirect for several years. They continue to provide a great service. Easy to use Website giving a large selection of products at very competitive prices. I always buy 20 packs therefore it entitles me to a discount. Occasionally EcigsDirect have Special Offers making my discount even better.They also provide an Easy “add to basket” and secure checkout. My identity is Confirmed by Text Message giving me piece of mind, knowing I’m definitely dealing with EcigsDirect. There is several optional secure payment methods. I always used PayPal but I didn’t have that option with my last order. I used Credit Card payment.. no problem. Unfortunately “Apple Pay” my usual method of Online Payment isn’t available. Shipping is Free, depending on size of order and Order received within a couple of days.
For me… Using is EcigsDirect is the Perfect online buying experience. Highly Recommended! ..
