Cutting corners at customers expense
This company sent me the wrong order then ignored me for 2 weeks. After me calling again, they sent me the wrong label and told me to put it in a post box which they knew it wouldn't fit it. They then said the label wouldn't work at a post office, they knew they gave me the wrong label. I then paid for postage for of which they said they'd refund but guess what it's been another 2 weeks without a refund. This company thinks they can get away with cutting corners at the expense of the customer. They have rebranded from vapoholic because they were getting such bad reviews. When you talk to them on the phone they act all incocent saying it must have gotten the wrong label when you look at the reviews it happened to everyone. Shady company!!!!
