I was a client of Addac which was…

I was a client of Addac which was bought by Intunor, and which was later bought by Ecit. With every change of the company I got less service and attention, but the services grew more costly. I wanted to close a small company, and my accountant did not turn in a report for two years! I am still struggling with forcing ECIT to do it. There were other problems and mistakes I payed dearly for. Irene S., Norway

I was a client of Ecit for 10 years and paid the price

I was a client of Ecit for 10 years. We were a client of a company that got bought multiple times and we got moved around from accountant to accountant which caused costly errors for my business. Ecit have been buying up every and any accounting firm they can get their hands on have turned the company into an accounting farm. If you are a small business you will most likely not get the attention you need, as they will prioritze higher paying clients. After being moved around for 2 years we finally had enough and moved to a company owned by the employees and we are very happy. I would like to add that the last team we were with at ECIT Sæmundur and Yumelda did and excellent job for us over the past year cleaning up previous mistakes others had made and they were both very responsive and great to work with. So if you were to work Ecit I recommend you ask for them. They did what they could to keep us a client, but unfortunately the damage had already been done by others in the company.
