Ordered 2 coats. Arrived nothing like the picture and very poor quality. Do not order from this company. Return process is made as difficult as possible. Do not bother with there process just send a email to say you are going to raise a charge back with your bank. We got a full refund within 12 hours. Good luck.

Horrible company. Outright liars and scammers. They won't refund you, contrary to their return policy. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

This joke of a company sells cheap tat at exorbitant prices, rubbish produced in China sold as quality goods. Their "returns" email almost admits that it is rubbish, but offers a 50% discount if the purchaser accepts it, otherwise it has to be sent back to China at the purchaser's expense which they also admit in the email will probably cost more than the product is worth.

I purchased a "cloak" for £60 which on arrival was a cheap product one would buy in the "fancy dress" section in Poundland. It's not worth £3 never mind £30 or even £60.

Flash website, rubbish goods. Avoid.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Selling items not as described and very poor quality and then fefuse to refund for 2-3 months.

DO NOT BUY FROM these scammers,I purchased a coat to attend my father’s funeral and viewed on this website a good quality black coat. When it arrived it was from this no thickness to the coat and looked more like a jumper clearly not as advertised.
When I raised this with them they used delaying tactics by getting me to send several pictures once this was done a week later I received a very disappointing response advising I would need to return to China at my cost no where on there website does it say this.
They are just ripping vulnerable people off at all costs avoid.

I made the mistake of ordering a dress from this company which when arrived was faulty and extremely poor quality. All returns have to be sent to china via recorded delivery!! It cost over £20 to return a £40 dress. This was in Aug 24. Despite confirmation of my return & refund and chasing on several occasions I have still not received my refund. Avoid this company - it a cheap and nasty money making scam.

Don’t buy from these scam artists. They take photos of products from a legit store and then remake the items on display with cheap knockoffs. The items I ordered took weeks to arrive even though they say 8-12 working days. The quality of the clothing I received was piss poor and I’m being ignored because I’m demanding my money back!

I ordered two items from this scam company . Both items 2xl they are tiny I'd say not even a medium . Ive been trying to return them and they will not even answer my emails as they do not supply a returns note. I just wish Id read reviews first . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

I have now received a jacket, which was ordered on 2nd December. The product supplied does not even come close to resembling the product displayed on the advertisement. The style, colour, cut and fabric are not as depicted. For the price, my expectations were not very high - but the quality of the jacket is very poor indeed. I am beyond disappointed with these goods and would like to return them, for a full refund. However, there was no shipping note with the delivery. This is a CON.

Dont buy from this company, stupidly I purchased two items as I ordered the wrong one first time thinking I could send it back. They are now ignoring all requests for a return address. After reading the reviews below I wish I had looked here first!

Don’t buy from this company, waited weeks for an item which has not yet been sent apparently. It’s only a Christmas present Customer service is almost nonexistent. I’ve requested a refund but not holding out much hope. 😤

I didn’t received the 2 piece suit I paid for. I was sent a cheap jumper has an alternative. Then offered a 30% and a 50% discount. Further to my several emails.
Poor customer care and service.
This company are scammers. I have not read a positive review. My bank will now have help me take this issue further to receive a full refund through the court system if this company persists to fob me off with their poor excuses

Hi out there has anybody heard back from Eclat-Emporium, regarding refunds?
Since my review I have messaged so called company several times regarding my £100.00 refund,as usual no reply to my queries, what can I do to get my money back they stole from me can anyone help please.
