Excellent customer service! I had a question about the delivery of my online order and to my surprise and delight it was hand delivered the very next morning by an employee. Really responsive service and lovely goods- perfect Christmas presents!

Disappointing experience overall
UPDATE*** I have since received a full refund and the director called me and personally ensured this happened it was nice she did this and explained the situation that their internet provider was changing! However I still had a very disappointing outcome - no dress - a extra half a day wasted and the cost return train fare to return this item and a wait of three day’s for refund! As discussed with Alice if the dress has been inspected properly it would of never been on the shop floor as I could jot try it on I only found out the fault once back at home !
I consider the matter closed as I was refunded as promised but it would of been a nice gesture to of taken in to consideration my time and expenses that this caused me!

I brought a dress in this beautiful shop a week Wednesday- it was a dress I’d had my eye on - the staff were so lovely and helpful- however once I’d tried it on at home due to not being able to try it on due to COVID- there was a issue with the zip - it puckered and stuck out! I rang up but the number on the receipt was wrong - a kind lady who answered gave me the correct number ! I let them know the situation and told them I’d have to travel up ( not local ) the next day to return it ! I arrive there this Wednesday just gone - they tell me the card machine is down ! I’m upset as I come all the way from near Chichester at my expense and I’d told them I’d be in ! I suggest the refund me money this suggestion is ignored ( now I suffer from really bad anxiety) so then they tell me they will do it as soon as the machine is up working I’m stressed by this but give in knowing I’ve over think - etc
They keep the dress take my mobile and write due the details from the receipt ! I leave feeling dread - they have the dress but I don’t have my refund I tell myself a beautiful boutique like that will be honest and pay me back as soon as it’s possible! Today’s Friday - no call to apologise- no refund I’ve had to chase them ! I’m still worried I’ve lost my money on top of the cost of the dress and the inconvenience I had to pay another train fare I would not of had to if the dress had been checked properly- I can only now hope they will do as I have asked by email as I can’t get through a d do a bank transfer! I’ve never had such a upsetting and stressful experience as this ! With boutiques you expect the personal touch and the attention to detail- it’s sad I find myself writing a review as this !

To summerise: the item was returned Wednesday for a refund and we kept the items so you would not need to make a return visit when the card machine was working. The refund was processed on Friday. I did not offer you compensation as this would breach trustpilot antibribary rules. Thank you for confirming everything has been resolved to your satisfaction.
