Had problems signing in to Eclipse, but Matt sorted it out in no time at all.
Great Customer Service followed up with a text a couple of days later with some new passwords for me.

Excellent service
Jumped on a web chat with Ryan as I had an issue logging onto the portal, within minutes Ryan had me logged back in. A polite and professional person who clearly gives his best on each and every call/web chat

Eclipse helpful as always.
Eclipse were prompt and very helpful as always. Had a problem with password access to the billing web-site. Matteo helped me fix it very efficiently. I would recommend Eclipse to anyone a their service has ben consistently good over a number of years

I got in touch with Eclipse and spoke to Matt in the technical department. He was really patient and kind and gave me lots of help and advice so I was able to solve the problem.
I have been with eclipse for about 15 years and every time I have needed help I have always had great, personal service.

Impressive Service
My problem was addressed in a polite, speedy and helpful manner. My systems were checked and tested. This involved Michael, Vince and Samuel. I was advised that OpenReach had been informed of the problem. It transpired OpenReach were having problems on their local network and that my problem was not in isolation. The Eclipse team continued to monitor the situation and kept me informed. Very good service.

Complex ongoing problem with old copper…
Complex ongoing problem with old copper wire and connections which crop up due to sticking plasters by BT , however so far so good as the two BT guys , Harley and Sandy , looked harder at the job as they had been directed by Russell at Eclipse and found faults that others had missed and they did not , as others have done , try to cut and run. Their attitude was uplifting.
Russell has been supporting me through this , which has been an annual event due to the age of some of the equipment on the line.Russell ( Turner ) has been empathetic , caring and concerned and deserves a medal for having to listen to me going on about the problem , which we now hope will stay away.
