Complete Rip Off

They simply take your money and ship nothing. Complete rip-off. Might as well set your money on fire because these guys are nothing but scam kiddies in China. Seems like a great price for a custom kit right. Don't risk it as you will receive nothing and there is no way to get your money back.

prompt communication and received jersey in 5 weeks

My experience with the company is a pleasant one. With ticket, my design is updated in 1 day or two and they definitely understand very well what I was asking for when I couldn't change the design myself.

After design finalized, I made an order on 03/21 and received my jerseys and shorts on 04/25 in USA with tracking info provided.

Tried on today and I'm satisfied with the size and build quality. That being side, one thing I hope the company to improve is the chart size. While it's true to their chart, I find the sizing model for shorts short shift 2 sizes. I usually wear M shorts but has ordered (correctly based on its chart) XL. But the jersey M fits my usual M.

Appalling is too mild a word.

Zero rating. Worst service ever. Does this company exist? Placed order in 9 November received acknowledgment, then nothing. Raised ticket on 12 December received acknowledgement, then nothing. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Completely Unresponsive to my Requests

I placed an order for a stock (no custom design) item on November 18 as a Christmas gift for my son...now, five days before Christmas...three attempts to contact through their web page...one complaint ticket...I'm staring at the order status still showing "processing" and no response to any of my requests. Have not been able to find a similar item anywhere else, so I have really depended on this item arriving in time. Beyond frustrated, and ready to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.

you might as well light your money on fire and flush it

Received my product that looks like a junior size jersey. Crappy quality and custom printed my ass. Shipped from China, so shipping it back for refund would be total waste of money and time. I've dealt with shsm companies like this before, and they will do anything to avoid refund or exchange.

worst customer service ever. do not buy from them!

I ordered kits in march, 2014. After waiting 3 weeks and watching the tracking the package was lost in us customs. I started trying to get a hold of eclipse/purple moon cycling in may for help. The united states postal service told me the package was insured but that eclipse/purple moon had to provide shipping info. I have repeatedly emailed, facebook messaged, posted to their wall, used contact forms on both eclips and purple moon websites begging for someone to please contact me and get either my $ or my kits. When I say repeatedly, at least 30-40 times. Not one has been replied to. Their customer service is truly the worst ever. Do not do business with them.
It is almost september, the season is ending and I have yet to hear from them or receive my package.

Shipment timing was off

The merchandi was awesome; however, we were told the turn around time between ordering and receiving our merchandise was 30 days. It was 30 days before it shipped and another several days before it arrived.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT COMAPNY

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR HE LAST 5 YEARS WHEN DESIGNING OUR ANNUAL CHARITY SPORTIVE RIDE JERSEYS. ALSO FOR ONE OFFS FOR A FEW MATES. THEIR QUALITY IS FABULOUS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FABULOUS, THEIR PRICES ARE UNBELIEVABLE, THEIR DELIVERY TIMES ARE ALWAYS SPOT ON AND NEARLY ALWAYS EARLY. JUST A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. JUST SO YOU KNOW OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS I HAVE ORDERED OVER 150 JERSEYS AND ALL HAVE BEEN SUPERB. THE EARLIEST JERSEY THEY SUPPLIED IS STILL GOING STRONG AFTER 5 YEARS AND OVER 100 WASHES

Completely incorrect item sent no attempt to fix problem

I ordered 2 cycling jersey of the same design but was sent 1 and another completely different jersey.
No attempt to make amends has occurred they simply dont understand that they made mistake and should fix it.
Also the items arrived too late for the event - the actual delivery time is over twice what they quoted.
Terrible effort - total waste of money

STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND

I have used this company several times and have been happy with the quality and ease of ordering. It does take some time, but that is not the fault of the company, international mailing is just not all that quick.

That said, my latest experience is less than ideal. I ordered a jersey and when I received it, it had a major misspelling. I immediately sent a ticket, with pictures and the company admitted they made a mistake and that a refund would be credited to my PayPal account. 6 weeks later, no refund and no reply to my questions on where or when it will happen or if it is possible to just remake the jersey. I would really like to re-order the jersey, but until I receive my refund, I will not be working with this company anymore.

What Happened to Their Service?

I honestly don't know what happened. I placed an initial "test" order and everything turned out great. So, I placed a bigger order with my friends but the order was delivered with problems. Things were printed upside down and logos were completely missing. I contacted them immediately and attached photos of the problem order and "Annie" responded promptly saying it would be redone, but that the order will take a long time (my understanding is a whole new order would be done with the same lead time - about 3 months). This was on June 28, 2013. I waited...and waited...and waited. I next contacted them on November 2, 2013 and got no response and have tried contacting them about 8-10 more times without any response. I have tried follow-ups on the open ticket, I have tried opening new tickets referencing my order number, ticket number and I have tried e-mailing them from their website and nobody will respond to me. This was a $237.99 order that was useless because of upside down printing and missing logos. Hopefully, they will see my review and will contact me. I still want the kits, but if it can't be done right, I'd like a full refund. With all that being said, I am giving them a bad review, because they did not come through and delivery me a correct order and are refusing to respond to my requests for updates and help. This has been a disaster and I can only warn people that this is what happened to me...so buyer beware. I will gladly update this rating if someone will get back to me and help me resolve this, either with the correct order or a refund.

Prompt Shipping

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas praying it would arrive on time... And It arrived a week before. I was really excited about that. The jerseys looked great but the Green Lantern jersey was too plain on the back. Colors were very vibrant. His favorite was the Captain America but everyone also liked the Green Lantern. He has not yet tried cycling with it so comfort wise unsure but I'm sure the full zipper will make a big difference

Value for money

The delivery took some time, but that was expected from the beginning since Eclipse was very clear with the process from the beginning. Unbeatable value for money -great(and really good looking as wall as comfortable) goods overall.
