Quick shipment, sunglasses look rather cheap, the wooden case pictured looks nowhere near to what I received . Returned same day. No refund after 10 days and counting .

Hi Janette, thank you so much for the great review. I'm sure the recipient of your kind gift will be pleased. Just one small point which is important to us... our garments are sold in bags that look like plastic but are actually made from starch and are soluble in warm water. Once they are disposed of, they will disappear completely, leaving no trace. Thanks again!
When my flip flops arrived sadly they were too small and so Simon sent me postage to print out to return and made sure I got the size up sent straight away. Fantastic quick customer service and what’s even better is not using a courier :) thanks so much!
