The merchant is advertising their product by sharing discount codes that in fact cannot be redeemed. After contacting them about this, they refused to offer a partial refund to cover the discount code.
I have placed my order 2 months ago and it still didn't arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. When I asked the seller for a refund, they stopped replying to my messages.
I honestly this website is a scam

Horrific customer service. Order never arrived, 50 days on and had to push like crazy to get a refund which they claim is being processed but have never received. Avoid at all costs

I ordered one reusable eco capsule for my Dolce Gusto -machine. I waited for 2 weeks and it didn't sound alarm, but when I got my package from local postoffice, I knew right away. The package was soft and it included only one right object: extra lid, BUT then there was some kind of inflatable kid's toy for swimming!!! I have tried to communicate with their support, but it seems that they don't want to understand and just arguing that I have got my package..

Business www site seems to be too good to be true and so it is. And THAT's why there isn't any reviews or feedback from customers!

Do not BUY anything from them!

Today I got email from their support and still they accuse only post office :-D
Please, ensure that they want make fool of you or anybody else!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
We ordered capsules for our Nespresso Vertuo machine in December 2021. They did not work and we requested a refund. They agreed and after sending the capsules back for another 20€ postage fee they refuse to accept the parcel (or they gave us a fake address), suddenly talking about a 14-day return policy (we did inform them within 10 days that the product is not working). The company is now refusing to refund us and is ignoring our emails. Absolutely unprofessional. If you are a serious company and your product does not suit the needs of your customer (to put it more bluntly, the product DOES NOT WORK with our Nespresso machine), you apologise and refund them without delay and hesitation. We feel absolutely defrauded and scammed out of our hard-earned money by this company.

Horrible experience, only regrets.
Not to mention that the product is shipped from China, so there are Customs SURPRISE costs and procedures, since the website makes you think you are buying from France!

Terrible. Do not purchase from this site. Got sent the wrong capsule. sent it back, they will not issue a refund. I ordered again so as not to wait for the correct capsule, its well overdue now. Horrendous site avoid avoid avoid

I order capsules for my office just two to try.
If they were good we were going to get them for all our premises.
I got sent two packers and not my capsules.
I have emailed about THEIR mistake.
They are now trying to get me to pay for what they sent even though I don't want them. I have asked could I return them and they said the return shipping would cost me a fortune. They won't give me a shipping voucher.
They just keep saying at your expenses.
I still haven't received my capsules it's been months!
They haven't even sent them out to me and won't send them!
Literally money wasted!

Ordered for a Dolce Gusto machine, doesn’t work and even got jammed in the machine. Asked for a refund, they asked for photos of machine. I sent and asked again for a refund, they suggested I try some ‘tips’ which included cleaning the machine. I repeated I wanted my money back and they said I was beyond the date of return. Total scam, don’t buy

This doesn't work. Period

Doesn't include coffee presser as pictured either. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. Doesn't mention this when ordering.

Absolute waste of money!

Unfortunately it has taken more than 2 months since i made the order and still it has not arrived. Note that the order was placed in March and it was within the EU. The customer service does not take any responsibility for these delays and there is no sufficient warning before making the order about the delay. I asked for reimbursement but they refuse to do so. Would not recommend to anyone.

Expensive and did not work at all. Pod smaller than original so can only get weak coffee, ruined my Nespresso vertuo after using it as no longer gets a crema. Tried many times to contact them to return and no reply. I am contacting my credit card next. Terrible.

Avoid. Shipping and dispatch times stated on website false. Customer service very poor. When I queried an order I place over two weeks ago it hadn’t been dispatched. Received a very rude reply from them. Same product on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Won’t reply to emails
