While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

We are writing regarding the business…

We are writing regarding the business listing for “Eco Room” currently appearing on Trustpilot.

This entity has been formally dissolved and is no longer trading. As such, it does not represent an active business and is no longer able to engage with customers or respond to reviews. The continued presence of this listing is causing confusion among consumers and is negatively impacting our active business, “Eco Room.uk,” which is a separate and legitimate trading entity.

We respectfully request that Trustpilot review and remove, or at minimum clearly mark, the “Eco Room” listing as dissolved/inactive to prevent further misunderstanding and reputational harm.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Vanishing act with our money - AVOID!

We had a deck installed a few years ago through Luxury Outdoor Spaces and we were looking to extend this this summer so we had a patio area. We were advised by our original contact Lee Ryan that the business was now operating via Eco Rooms and we agreed the quote and the start date and paid a 50% deposit.

Unfortunately on the installation date agreed, no one turned up, we chased and have subsequently been given multiple start dates that never materialise. We have had to chase every time (quite often no one answers the phone, nor is actually at the business address). The director Steven Anthony Boyle has not replied to our emails nor our request for a refund and doesn’t answer the phone any more.

Avoid this business.

Fraud

If you value your hard earned money please spent it at a reputable business, the company director of this company on several occasions has promised to rectify mis sold product and failing millboard. Please do your homework and purchase somewhere where a guarantee means a guarantee. Look on companies house to see how many times they have claimed insolvency and reopened same type of business at same business address
